This place is the coziest and most comforting food establishment I’ve ever been to. Everything it advertises to be, it is - and more.
The staff have always been kind and Kathleen, the owner, is a breath of fresh air of a human. You can tell two things for sure: 1. So much heart went into this place 2. The people that are working there love being there and are treated with respect and kindness.
Now let’s get to the food -
Well if I could afford to eat there every day I would, but I’m not as slim as I used to be. That being said, I still somehow feel healthy after eating here despite it being grilled cheese. I so often feel heavy after eating, but this “simple comfort food” as they put it makes me feel perfectly content.
Also try the Ava Mix and a cookie…. The combo is unmatched.
I have so much love for this establishment. One day I’ll introduce myself to the owner and thank her in person!

Such a cute little shop and everyone’s so friendly! We got the port ruby to go. The bread is toasted nice and crispy, we loved the mushroom and cheese combo but felt like the sauerkraut was a bit weird warm. We are definitely open to coming back and trying other options. Overall great experience!!

We have been long time GCM lovers because every sandwich and side we’ve had from here is as tasty as can be! On top of that, the service is incredible. Kathleen and her staff always look after their people. We had the honor of attending our friend’s surprise birthday party and Kathleen helped make it nothing short of amazing!

Food tasted good, little pricey. Not really grilled cheese, more like paninis and toasted sandwiches but definitely worth a try

We loved our visit to Grilled Cheese Mania! The staff was friendly and super accommodating. They have books everywhere for customers to read while they wait and my kids loved the Dr Seuss book they were handed to entertain themselves. My only reason for rating at a 4 is that I was simply disappointed by some of the food. The soup was wondering, as we're the rice crispy treats served with the kids meals but the Mac and cheese had so much nutmeg none of my kids would eat it. The bacon on my husband's sandwich was lacking. And for me, I thought the one sandwich I got was ok but I expected some higher scale cheeses and flavors. Not to sound cliche but the food was just kinda basic. I figured if you're strictly selling grilled cheeses you'd get a bit more experimental and use some fancier cheeses and accoutrements.

Kathleen was the SWEETEST! Gave me and my friends all refills. Such a fun space, lots of cool decorations and seating. The outside was great and the inside was adorable. I got a blt grilled cheese and it was PHENOMENAL! Highly recommend :)
