The manager on duty got an order wrong. When asked to correct it, the manager started screaming and making threats. In front of a child and a dining room full of elderly customers. We have some video of the incident. Corporate has been notified and of this manager is not dealt with as the BBB and the local media will be notified. This manager was not only disrespectful and unprofessional but he is unkept himself and the dining room was FILTHY. Four customers waiting on food and waiting to order walked out because of this manager behavior. I've worked customer service for 20 years (including management) and how he acted today..... I've seen people flex for less!

I haven't worked in fast food for 16 years and when I did I would've been fired if had a customer who sat in drive thru for 15 minutes like I just did poor two sandwiches that weren't even hot. Good thing it's my day off or I'd have major problems at my job waiting for lunch that long!

Ive seen fighting arguing by staff the manager and employees are cussing people out never seen nothing like it be careful the food went way down not cleaning it and say something like can I get ketchup they cuss at you

Super slow. Wow. Got here at 1130. By the time it was my turn to order in the drive through (at the window bc no one would answer the speaker) they got all snarky oh it’s 1201 we don’t serve breakfast anymore. Gtfo.
Good food, great service. We ordered biscuits and gravy. There was a lot more gravy in the container than what we usually get from the Hardee's at home. 😉
