I ate here with my Uncle Quiet T. Please, local legend and my oldest son, Christian. Quiet T. absolutely loved the floor to ceiling windows, which alleviated the stress of being indoors, which he didn’t usually like. Wonderful memory. Rest in Peace Uncle Quiet and my precious Christian.

Came here for a quick lunch! We drive past here all the time and we’ve never stopped. I ordered the Hand breaded chicken sandwich.(#10) It was phenomenal! I love how crispy it was but I just wish it came with lettuce. Overall the staff was very friendly and the lobby looked nice for a fast food restaurant!

Manager needs to be replaced ASAP. She puts the blame of all her mistakes on the front end(Anthony). She decided to change the frier oil in the middle of lunch making several customers wait for no reason. She screwed up our order and blamed Anthony for putting it in the system wrong when it was clearly indicated what was asked.

We just ordered our lunch there and got a kids meal for our son. The menu clearly stated that a toy is included in the kids meal. There was no toy in the bag and when we asked for it the person in the window looked at us as if we were crazy. He was otherwise very polite. I'm sorry what fast food place does not add toys to their kids meals and acts like that's weird, especially when it says on the menu a toy is included. Two stars though bc the staff was polite and the order was correct.

Skip and avoid this location. Came here today for breakfast only to be turned away that they’re out of biscuits. It was 10 mins til noon and their sign says serving breakfast til noon. A previous time they didn’t even give us everything in the platter order and the dining room was dirty, sticky and wet everywhere. This is the last time we come here. We’re done. This location is in dire need of new management.

The Harrisonburg VA location is absolutely disgusting. I grew up in the area, and haven't been in the dining room in a while, but it is very much neglected and overall, just gross. After ordering my food, getting my soda, and waiting for my food, I looked around, and nothing about it was clean. The napkin dispensers haven't ever been cleaned, nothing looks like it gets wiped down or mopped. I almost took my food back after getting it, just because how gross everything was. This is unacceptable considering they had no one else in there, and several young employees standing around and talking. Pretty sad.
I ordered a chocolate shake in the drive-through. That was all I ordered. My total was $5.04. I had exact change to the window and there were two men inside working. Neither one of them would look at me for over five minutes and never even looked at me. One of the men was leaning on the front counter with his elbow on the counter and his hand on his face, and he was filling up drinks, one at a time with the other hand. I saw my chocolate shake beside him. Still, he never looked at me. He turned around and stood there, expressionless looking at the workers in the kitchen, as if he was waiting for someone’s food. My chocolate shake sat on the counter behind him still, and still nobody looked at me. I was never even acknowledged. I left. Burger King had my shake out in about 15 seconds.

Had to change this rating because it was only good that one time. Unless you contour hardees to est, then expect your food to be wrong and poorly made. This was the 3rd and last time I eat at this hardees. Doordash and hardees both push blame on one another

They were refusing to take drive-thru orders 11AM Sunday for at least 10 mins. I saw you lose the business of at least 5 customers plus myself in that short amount of time. Also very unfriendly and rude!!
