I'm not sure who the lady is working the drive-through this morning around 11 a.m., but she completely ruined the experience and great food! Worst customer service EVER. If you are going to go out of your way to be rude, then I'm gonna go out of my way to go to another Hardee's.

Tried the Nashville hot breakfast biscuit. The chicken had a hard rubbery texture. It was hard to chew and made the meal very difficult to enjoy.

I love my local Hardee's. I was craving a hamburger yesterday and the cashier offered me one of the new bacon frisco sandwich burgers. I ordered that, and 3 chix tenders for my pup and off we went. The fact that they made fresh food is what keeps me coming back. They really think about "Would I want to be served this?" before serving it and if the answer is "no" then they will make fresh food. A++++ in my book!

I’m a dasher waited to be served for 7 minutes once at register asked about my order so she told the kitchen to do that order so they started the order it took 15 more minutes .. Absurd

Sunday morning and this location was out of salt packets and plastic knives. How does that happen? The dining room tables needed to be wiped down, and the Women's Rest Room was very messy.Food was great, and the nicest people ever work at this location!Parking: Lots of parking!

From the rude staff to the sticky dirty floors to the pitiful food quality we won't be returning.The family was out on a shopping excursion yesterday and we decided Hardee's sounded like a good breakfast idea. Since the one in Bridgewater closed we all agreed it would be a nice treat.After placing our order with the rude unfriendly team member, my daughter had ordered a large but received a medium cup. No big deal right? She brought it the employee's attention and with complete disgust the employee took the cup and replaced it with a large. My daughter thanked them and with a turn to the back all my daughter got was a (YEP).We received our food and sat down to eat. Only two of the three sandwich's were eatable. My wife had received a egg biscuit and it was correct and tasteful. My daughter ordered a Frisco and was disappointed in how out of portioned and lack of ingredients was on it. I ordered a omelette biscuit but it was basically a egg biscuit with what seemed to be perhaps a teaspoon of anything else.After we had finished meals we all agreed that for the quality of the food and the price we would have been better off to make what we had just purchased at home. For the twenty odd dollars we could have made it and had a better more quality meal.

Was in Harrisonburg and decided to get a biscuit & gravy to take home for my wife. Drove 7 miles home opened it and all I had was gravy. No biscuit. How can you not put a biscuit in it? I was the only one there at the time. I called them and they said come back in and they would give me a biscuit.
