My first honest foray into Japanese fare. Food was ok. Ordering style/system seems a little different, but it might be the usual way for Japanese joints. Friend took me there and said that the food was way under usual quality. I'm not sure about that, but overall not impressed. Sushi was fair but grilled/hibachi dish was pretty bland. I'll try it again, but only after The taste fades. I heard alot of good things when this place started up. Get back to that, folks.

You pay for what you get. The cooked food here I enjoyed; I liked the shrimp teriyaki and shrimp tempura, along with the wide amount of options like mini corn dogs, too. But the sushi itself was disappointing. I understand AYCE sushi not being of typical quality, but the amount of rice they piled onto rolls and sushi pieces was the most I've ever seen in my life. And the fish was super thinly cut on top. I like rice a lot; it was just too much! I guess AYCE lunch being around $16 before tip and tax has to limit expectations.

I visited this place with my boyfriend a few days ago. The truth is there are better places than this menu with more variety and fair prices, the complete opposite of this place!! To top it off, there was a hair in our food. DISGUSTING, our waitress said she would inform her manager about this, to which the manager said there was nothing she could do. Our waitress apologized. My boyfriend was quite cautious as there were a lot of people there so they didn't know what was going on, we had to eat even after what happened because if we left we would still have to pay for the full price . The sushi is very hard and without good flavor. The truth is that it is not worth what it costs. I do not recommend it. There are better places to enjoy a variety of well-made sushi at a good price.

The food is really good and depending on the server you get a good service. The atmosphere is loud and pretty packed. Love their specials !
Most the food is excellent except for Tempura which is unseasoned and greasy. The waitstaff are friendly, accurate and attentive. We had a large party of 11 and they accommodated us well including a reservation. The restaurant is esthetically pleasing and clean. They currently serve "all you can eat" but it's a tad pricey. My meal with hot tea, tax and tip was $35.

We loved this restaurant. Last two times service was deplorable. Slow and incomplete would be an understatement. Incorrect order first time 45 minute delay and food came out backwards. Salad and appetizers last Sushi in no particular order. Today service adequate save for a managerwatress going on and on ragging on a missed placed order- ours!!! 5 minutes of repetition whinny and tiring and way too loud. We waited over an hour for 4 tuna rolls. With repeated multiple excuses and dry cold rice. The worst ever. We will not go back. For 36$ plus tip and aggravation we will not be back. Bad service and not good sushi and terminal wait. For 10$ more we could have a fabulous meal at an intimate Japanese restaurant.

every time i go to an AYCE sushi place i create a list!! the environment was a little depressing, very quiet even with a lot of customers there. however, my table and i made it very fun as we sat right under the speaker where they played music and it was quite entertaining. service was very quick and food came out on time as well. i'd say 3 stars only because i focus more on the food this time. the rice ratio was off it was too much i had to cut the rice in half oops. the seaweed or the nori in the roll was very stale you can taste the expiration... so i didn't order any rolls next. the appetizers were really good. my favorite was the calamari although there were only 4 rings. the takoyaki had no seasoning it was just fried balls that looks like hush puppies but it was still creamy and and chewy (bc of the octopus) just how i like my takoyaki! the shumai shocked me with how great it was, but it was a little sweeter than most shumai. the shrimp and steak lomein was the best entre by far or probably the best by any AYCE sushi places i've been to. it was a large plate and the noodles were the right consistency. most of the places i've been use really thin chinese noodles and it's too soggy and no flavor :// the price wasn't bad but could've been better regarding them using expired nori sheets.. $24 for AYCE with tax i believe it was $32 per person.
