We'd been driving all day and stopped at the Shenandoah Heritage Market to stretch our legs. We were also quite hungry and decided to eat at the Hungry Farmer Cafe, and wow, was it good! My husband was very pleased with his BLT and I really enjoyed the Farmer's Steak 'N Cheese. Everything tasted so fresh and high quality. We both got onion rings which were also very good. Our only complaint which is pretty minor is that they didn't have to-go cups for our drinks....
This is not typically a place I would go, but when a friend said he got the best burger he had ever had here, I figured I was driving right by it so let’s give it a try. Tell you what I don’t know if I’d say number one, but I would put it up pretty high on the list. It’s a cute place with a lot of interesting things to see.
