Front staff was rude, as always. The restaurant could habe been cleaner. Our waitress was lovely. Very attentive and friendly. Our food came out fast. Everything appeared fine. My eggs weren't very good. They were watery so I only had a few bites. My 1.5 year old didn't eat anything. My husband ate his omelet. Several hours later my husband became extremely sick with GI symptoms. A few hours after that, I became sick as well. He had left for out of town after breakfast, so we didn't eat the same food the rest of the day. Pinpointed it to ihop...had to of been the eggs or cheese maybe. My son is fine since he didn't eat. I called to speak with the manager this morning and she said no one else has complained about being sick. And how the flu is going around. I told her I thought she should be aware of this situation and how I pinpointed it ihop. She said thanks for letting her know. No apologies at all. Will not be returning to IHOP ever.

Took 1 hour to bring our food out after waiting forever to be sat, we had no silverware and never got drink refills. Everyone’s order was also wrong.

Having been here before I was hesitant to return, but today I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was on it, noon on a Sunday and it was packed. Service was quick, food was good and they have grabbed the reins and vastly improved. Great job !

Went with my husband and my mom. It was nice and warm inside when it was cold outside. Our server was so attentive and kind. Our food was fantastic, the only thing we disliked was the biscuits and gravy. No ones fault. The eggs benedict were fantastic!

Parking lot not cleared of snow or ice. Floors were dirty and waitress sweep under our feet. Coffee cups dirty. Didn't get the food we ordered hair on syrup containers. Never will I spend my money there again
I placed a curbside order and when I arrived at the store they didn’t pick up the phone for 15 minutes. I then proceeded to go inside to get my order and was ignored at the host stand as well. I had to flag down a server and then I was only given half of the food that I had payed for and was argued with when I went in and asked for the rest of my order. The manager on staff was very confrontational and was yelling at the staff while I was trying to get my food. I am severely disappointed in the management and I wasted $40 on food that was cold and was treated rudely for trying to get my order.

There seemed to be no management around to help their employees succeed. Service was great, and the food was good as always at IHOPs, but the poor hosts had no system for a wait other than to call out names. There isn't enough space for that. Either write phone numbers down or have the buzzers like every other chain restaurant has had for at least 15 years. Also, when is that busy, a manager should be at the forefront, but as I stated, I don't believe this place has a good one.

Well, we literally arrived to the restaurant at 10:40pm and the server told us that it was a waiting time of 15min (the restaurant was almost empty just 4 tables) and on top of that he told us the kitchen closed at 11:15pm and that we’re going to be the last people they will serve to…(the restaurant hours are 6am-12am on Saturdays) The server was very rude and the people from the kitchen looked at us bad so we know for sure that we’re not going to get a good service at all.
