Insomnia cookies advertises: “ Freshly baked:
While the dough is pre-made, the cookies are baked fresh when an order is placed, ensuring they are warm when delivered.”
LIE. I spend $20 on 4 deluxe cookies that were barely warm and hard. I ordered them on the app and picked up 10 minutes later - these cookies were absolutely baked early in the day or maybe even the day before and simply warmed up. I did not get what was advertised and the cookies are still sitting in the kitchen - not worth the calories. My 7 year old daughter won’t even eat them. If I wanted store bought mediocre at best, warm cookies, I can go to Costco and get the big pack for less than $10 and put them in my own microwave. Actually… Costco is better.
Great customer service and wonderful cookies! My husband got the peanut butter cup ans smores. I always go for the gluten free chocolate chuck! Jordan was awesome at helping us and we had a great conversation about being gluten free!! Thanks so much! Highly recommend!
Ordered from here only because they have gf cookies. Placed order 1 day before for a coworkers birthday. On day of delivery i received message that order was on its way. The delivery time kept changing on tracker and finally order said delivered. But where?? I put on my order where to park and number to call on arrival. Called store who denied any responsibility as they use door dash. She said she could refund my order or remake but it would be 40 mins before delivery. At that point had to drive to store and pickup myself. I asked if I could be refunded my door dash driver's tip and was told no guarantee. They could only try with door dash. Now almost a week later and crickets. First and last time using this business. Curious why they advertise warm cookies delivered when they are arriving so long after leaving the store.
Sorry but if you want cookies may as well go to Walmart cooler and grab a roll of cookie dough to cook up because this what they taste like cheap ass bakery cookies . Go to CRUMBl
Finally got to this spot and absolutely delicious. Nice and hot and very good. Will return.
Ordered through Uber eats and never got my order. Called the store and manager or who ever was in charge on 10/25 said the order was delivered. I told him I never got the order then he changed his story to the driver couldn’t see a number on the house and that he attempted to call me. I didn’t receive one call. Then he said he couldn’t send it out again because the driver wouldn’t have the proper insurance since he had to go back out twice.
Laziest group/ business and extremely rude manager. The owner of this establishment should be aware of who they hire to manage there stores they’re losing customer in a small town.

I placed my order through DoorDash. Upon placing my order, the app informed me that Insomnia Cookies fulfills their own orders. The delivery driver called me during the delivery process and was seemingly nice, however, I could not understand nor comprehend 80% of what she was saying due to a significant language barrier. We had an eight minute phone call, which was incredibly confusing. I had to repeat the same instructions numerous times and could not understand what she was trying to say. My apologies to the delivery driver for the mass confusion, however, I think Insomnia Cookies should not place their employees in disadvantageous situations that confuse both the customers and their own employees.

Stopped by late one night on or trip to Massanutten. The lady working the front was awesome, great customer service and engaging with us.
Cookies, I think were ok, kinda dry but maybe that's because we went before they were closing. I think if we were there when they opened and the cookies were fresh they had the potential to be 4 stars.

The prices at this establishment were quite steep: $3.75 for a bottle of water, $18.25 for four cookies, and $20 for three cups of ice cream. We stopped here during a road trip because my wife had a sweet tooth, but found it to be expensive for what we received.

Have had their delicious cookies at other locations but this one missed the mark - their description says “warm” and in other locations have always been baked to order - tried 5 different varieties and they all tasted like they were a day old and cold

$16.00 for 6 cookies...yeah im good on that thanks though. The cookies are no where near big enough or good enough to warrant that price. No reason why 6 small cookies should cost the same as two meals at a fast food place.
I feel at this point the prices are insulting.

No chocolate chip cookies at 2:30PM. No cookies in the oven, 20 minute wait. The woman never got up from the desk. I didn’t wait. She didn’t get up. Still no cookies in the oven. No customer service and no cookies.
Dylan was great! Cookies are amazing!
