DO NOT TRY THE PICKLEWICH!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY IT! After a long hard day nourishing my brain with my expensive education my roommate and I decided to treat ourselves to a picklewich. Being some of the top pickle connoisseurs of our time we were ecstatic about this new item. I was practically causing a tectonic plate shift with the sheer excitement my body was producing. However, regretfully, I was mislead. I fell for another internet trap. The pickle was about the size of a lone Lego brick, and the turkey was just clinging on to the soggy hollowed out pickle like it was about to lose its job. Not to mention the paper was also clinging on to the pickle like a giant cyst, every bite a gamble I could not afford. Is it paper? Is it lettuce? I could not tell. One thing I learned from this myself is that the experience of a good sandwich starts with the bread. Because the greatest insides are lost without something dependable to cling on to. Despite the nature of this message, no hate, no shade to the workers at this jimmy johns, because I have worked in the food service industry myself. I feel you all deeply and I know y'all just work there for extenuating circumstances. Shout out to yall, this is for comedic relief.

Man alive Jimmy John’s has gone down hill! They ar always out of products, and their restaurants have gone down hill. Workers are rarely dressed in uniform both kids had random t-shirts on -wasn’t sure they even worked there. My last drive through took 7 mins for 1 sandwich, chips and a pop. Hate to say it but these stores have gone down hill terribly!

Store was clean. However, why am I only getting a single slice of Turkey on my sandwich? The turkey tom in my go-to and my local JJ is on point. More lettuce than a salad bar, no cheese- that I ordered and paid for- and a single slice of turkey. What’s the deal?

Good food but you sit FOREVER in the drive through even when the restaurant is empty (which it usually is). They always have plenty of people working but they must only prioritize phone orders and deliveries because they certainly are not attentive to people sitting in person waiting for their order every single time! So frustrating and I wish there was an other option so I didn't have to come here.

The jimmy cubano Premium sandwich with literally the bare minimum on it. 2 slices of ham 2 slices of cheese one piece of bacon and pickles . Terrible sandwiches
Staff always nice and helpful. Restaurant is always really clean. Food fixed quickly. Have dined in and went thru drive thru at this location beside Waffle House and Chick-fil-A quite a bit over years. Only issue I can say is they don't always cut sandwiches as on our order but no other complaints. Recently changed flow so if come in from back side entrance supposed to go around bldg on right to get to parking area but a lot of people still go wrong way on Waffle House side. So just be careful when walking from car and backing up.

You have done a terrible disservice to your customers by closing the Hillside store. I ordered from there 1-2x a week and I know they were always busy and were always delivering to JMU. I was told I can use door dash or uber eats to get delivery from the Market St. store, however door dash only show the Hillside store. uber eats says i am too far for delivery. My office is less than 2 miles from the market st store. ridiculous

I just realized I accidentally picked the Harrisonburg store.... we were actually at Staunton. Cool experience today as the bikers against child abuse (not sure if their real name) were there. They obviously love the kids as they gave our little guy stickers and started up their bikes for him and others. Don't judge bikers because these guys were awesome and God bless them for what they do. Love the sandwiches and their delicious sauce . They are generous with the meat and toppings and love the soft bread. The location is so convenient and you can stop by and grab a quick meal while doing other errands. The staff are usually friendly but have encountered someone having a less than good day but that is rare. I just try and cheer them up. .
