Literally the worst customer service ever. The afternoon on Sunday March 2nd the drive thru worker (white male) straight ignorant or rascist, I don’t know.. but not cool. However, another worker (young Hispanic) , was very nice and apologized for his co worker n tried to make it right. *** im only using there nationality because idk there names. Will never return

Your staff is incompetent and ignorant. They're lazy and must have selective hearing cause they can hear themselves but us customers get no acknowledgment. In my opinion, they should all be fired, place should be gutted out and cleaned and this "general manager" needs to spend more time in their store instead of 9n a golf course somewhere as if his life is perfect. Get in that store and help yourself. Train brand new staff. Actually call references on applications and get your head out of your ass or you'll end up losing this store. If you cant play the role, you should NOT own a store. Period. Not coming back.

Ok so we are not from the area and it had be en years since we had KFC so we decided to stop in get some chicken . Boy how I wished I hadn’t of went in . The tables were all dirty the floor needed swept it was nasty on the inside . I went and anti bacterial our table and all that jazz so that we would have a 1/2 clean table to eat at . You could tell they were very short staffed . I seen two employees the whole time we were there . The young gentleman that checked us in was very nice along with another gentleman I’m sure was the chef . The chef was amazing as well . He seemed as though he knew the ups and doens of KFC lol . The food was not that great !

I don't say this lightly. This place is a dump. Before ordering take a walk past the counter to the soda fountain. While you're standing there take a look back at the kitchen. The place is run down and filthy. The thing that gets me the most is the aluminum diamond plate under the fryers. Undoubtedly the tile floor that was under the fryers and the subfloor was so degraded and saturated with fryer oil that the morter wouldn't stick to it so someone thought up using metal. I hate to think of what kind and how many bacteria are living under that metal! The dining room did not have a single clean table at 3pm. That didn't stop the cashier from sitting down right behind us and carry on a 20 minute conversation on her speakerphone. The only thing that got her up was another hapless customer wandering in which elicited a furrowed brow and and an expletive in English. The only reason I mention this is our 6 year old grandson was with us. There were no other customers. Not even in the drive through. This is a perfect storm of diminishing returns. If they don't turn enough business to maintain the store close it, PLEASE! The staff reflects the surroundings. It seemed an imposition to wait on us. I wish I had walked down an checked the kitchen before ordering. The cleanest part of this restaurant was the men's room. Does Harrisonburg inspect these places? Please pull the franchise KFC this place is a black eye on your good name.
