My order#72a2d. I paid for my full order and delivery through DoorDash, but some items were missing when it arrived. I called the KFC location, and instead of fixing the issue or offering a refund, they told me to drive there myself and show the receipt to get the missing food.
What’s the point of delivery if I have to go pick it up anyway? Totally unacceptable service — I won’t be ordering from this location again

Literally the worst customer service ever. The afternoon on Sunday March 2nd the drive thru worker (white male) straight ignorant or rascist, I don’t know.. but not cool. However, another worker (young Hispanic) , was very nice and apologized for his co worker n tried to make it right. *** im only using there nationality because idk there names. Will never return

Your staff is incompetent and ignorant. They're lazy and must have selective hearing cause they can hear themselves but us customers get no acknowledgment. In my opinion, they should all be fired, place should be gutted out and cleaned and this "general manager" needs to spend more time in their store instead of 9n a golf course somewhere as if his life is perfect. Get in that store and help yourself. Train brand new staff. Actually call references on applications and get your head out of your ass or you'll end up losing this store. If you cant play the role, you should NOT own a store. Period. Not coming back.
