I normally dont expect much from fast food but i at least thought there would be more than 1 guy in the location, he said his name was "Toe" and was the nicest person ive ever met. This was a disappointing experience but if anyone from KFC cares about customer experience i recommend you get that boy some help and a raise because he did more than any manager ive met

Ordered an 8 pc meal online with a 20 minutes pick up window. Get there and told the guy who just left got the last of the Xtra crispy. This was at 530. Told they only have dark in extra crispy and would have to fry up more with a long wait for the white meat. Told them we will do the white meat in original if we can get all legs in crispy or give us our money back. Got home and still got thighs so they lied. Tenders we got were horribly dried out and Cole slaw was so very bad we had to toss. Will be taking to corporate because we had the same issues in Florida where bad stores never get reprimanded. I never have issues with Bo's or Popeye's but KFC has been out fave for decades. Might just have to stop with them altogether. With so many other options including grocery stores, they can find themselves back selling in local restaurants. Also got some bull story that the reason they don't keep frying up the crispy is because it does not sell at all. Ticked that we prepaid for meal well before someone walked in and took it all.

Ate lunch here. The lady that took our order was very nice and our food was good. The only problem was they were understaffed and the tables and soda station was dirty.
I love that chicken cluck cluck cluck you touch my chicken I'll fudge you up , smell that aroooma. Taking dat chicken to my car !Parking: Right by Walmart nuff said .

Walked in to employees sitting in lobby, ordered 5 peice tender meal tenders were cold and small enough for a 5 year old. Wife ordered side of Cole slaw never got. No straws looked for Employees but they were back in the lobby, got made cuz I needed straws cuz their pizza order was here. Floor in the back absolutely disgusting l. All these problem as we were the only customers
