Don't order decaf at this location. They rely on a rinky-dink machine (rather than drip brew), which takes up to 10 minutes to brew a cup of decaf, which turns out to be room temperature. They're on the interstate; they really need to up their coffee game. (Management could be nicer about it, too.)

We came in and saw the conveyor belt going. We got our hats on and proceeded to the counter. As we were debating a super nice employee helped us see that we could save a lot of money if we bought an assorted dozen and could add a dozen glazed for $2. The rest was history 😁

Doughnuts was absolutely old they were hard as bricks tried to replace them but gave me some more old and stale ones and told me that’s the consistency! Like it was hard as a rock and couldn’t pull them apart! I told her the location I use to work at and she gave me money back! Avoid this location they are old and stale

Sign still says global outage so you can't go inside the lobby. Run by teens screwing around. Donuts do not look fresh, lack filling.
The donuts have always been good. However, severely lacking in customer service and inside sales. If you try to order more than 1 dozen donuts they will actively try to unsell you on your purchase instead of upsell.

We always used to stop here on our way through Virginia, but never again. Rude and incompetent staff. Checked before ordering to be sure we could get hot donuts, but then they changed their minds and offered us cold, old donuts. It may be the only Krispy Kreme around, but still not worth it.
