My wife and I swung by the Harrisonburg Krispy Kreme while on a road trip, and we’re glad we did. The place is very clean, bright, and inviting.

The two staff members working (a young guy and a young lady) were incredibly friendly, upbeat, and made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. Our dozen donuts came out fresh and tasted amazing. The display, counters, and floors were all well taken care of — you can tell the team takes pride in keeping the store...

The boy working register (yellow shirt southern accent) is the sweetest person and needs a raise! I came in with the most annoying order I felt so bad but he was very accommodating and very nice!

Out of regular doughnuts!!
It was middle of the day and no drive thru open either. Not sure what was going on but that's not good customer service. Never had a Krispy Kreme do something like this before in the middle of the day.
