Kung Fu Tea

Rip off of drinks. Of all the boba I’ve had. Arguably the worst. Way overpriced, especially considering the poor quality and VERY artificial taste. Will not be returning.

I don't usually order boba at this location, though I must've visited on a bad Sunday. I asked for a Large Strawberry Milk Tea with No Ice and No Boba/Toppings as well as a Medium Taro Milk Tea with No Ice and No Boba/Toppings. I waited about 20 minutes during an afternoon where there weren't many people ordering (Ordered at 3:31p, left around 3:50p). They even completed orders for customers after me.

When they called out the Taro Milk Tea, they had brought it out, but it included Ice and Boba. I mentioned to them that I order one with No Ice and No Boba, which they apologized and made another one. Although, since the labeling on the drink didn't specify what I truly wanted, in the end, they ended up giving me a Medium Taro Milk Tea, No Boba, but With Ice.

I mentioned to them that I ordered a Large Strawberry Milk Tea with No Ice and No Boba. They mentioned the Large cup for the Strawberry Milk Tea was misplaced, so the order was never called out. They apologized and made the drink.

In the end, both drinks were not the best drinks they could've made. If only I knew that in the beginning, cause then I would've gone elsewhere. If it was the best they could do, then it's a shame. Maybe they're limited in making custom drinks for those who prefer theirs with no ice and no toppings.

Best boba tea in the town!!! I get the normal sugar level and no ice for the Thai milk tea and I think that brings out the most flavor in it and it's definitely worth trying.

Wonderfull drinks and great service, especially excellent from Randell. He always gives me great recommendations and amazing customer service. He has such a positive attitude about him, he’s a main reason i keep coming back! 5 stars for sure!

Come here almost every week incredible boba here! My favorite employee there Randell always makes my drink to perfection. Definitely worth coming here to kung fu tea and have Randell make your drink. Will be back! 10/10 experience.

The service is incredible and it feels like the workers actually care about what I have to say. The drinks are all spectacular and it feels like I'm drinking straight from the blessed kung fu tea tree.

I thought I didn't like Boba until I went to Kung Fu Tea. This store changed my mind.

The waiters are really patient and go out of their way to help the customers understand what each of their drinks are. The drinks are refreshing and delicious.

I have to say, I have been very satisfied with the quality of my drinks as of late. I frequent this specific Kung Fu Tea and I’ve really enjoyed the service and time spent there. There are these two workers specifically, Randell and Angeline I believe their names are, that have been very kind to me and my family. I can tell from these workers that this establishment fosters a healthy work life, as every worker seems to have a smile on their face whenever myself or others around me are ordering our drinks. Thank you Kung Fu Tea for the amazing service you provide!

From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely noticed and welcomed. A young man greeted me, asked about my day, and actually cared to follow up it’s the kind of thoughtful customer service you don’t find everywhere. I’ve been to other Kung Fu Tea locations before, but none have matched this level of hospitality. On top of that, the drinks are flawlessthe boba is always fresh, perfectly chewy, and easily a 10/10 every single time. Honestly, I could drink one every day if it were up to me. This location truly sets the standard for both service and quality!

I really love kung fu tea, the environment, the energy, the staff, and most of all the delicious drinks!! Going to kung fu will never be a let down and always leaves me feeling satisfied!!

Great experience the workers are very kind and are great at their job. They do a good job at being efficient and I will definitely go back the next time I want boba!
