Josue (I believe is how you spell it) was an amazing cook, entertainer, and just an overall talented guy in general. He tricked me with the fake sauce and just made my day. Great job!

We went here for a early dinner. That was about 3:05 pm. We were the first ones there. As we were walked to our table we noticed that this place was in need of a refresh of all grill table areas. They just looked alittle run down. The other thing was it was really cold in there. I had to put my winter coat back on. I asked the waiter obout that. He said that when the cook comes out and turns on the grill, it will warm up.
Well the waiter was very good and the food was very good also. Only thing that my wife and I didn't like was the salad dressing.

Typical Hibachi, the food was pretty good. The place is a little dated and the service is a little slow. For the area, it might be worth checking out

I ordered 4 sushi rolls, the devil, spicy scallop, snow, and kyoto roll. The fish had an off taste and it felt like they were being cheep with the fish. Most of the rolls use cream cheese. The fish was cut really weird and even their namesake roll the kyoto roll underrepresented the tuna and didn't have a good flavor. Many flavors were clashing and lazy. The rolls were all very small. Overall this was not satisfying in content or flavor.

I recommend you check recent reviews, and trust nothing from 5+ years ago.

The sushi was disappointing, in taste, texture, and presentation. Not worth it for any price. Just go to any other sushi place in town.

Rolls we got: Devil Roll (the best one but not by much), Spicy Scallop Roll (just scallops in hot sauce), Snow Roll (stale), and Kyoto Roll (flavorless)

The sushi is delicious. Smaller than most places but unique in taste. They have an amazing spicy mayo. The fried rolls are very great, not over-fried like in other places.

I order habachi chicken as well. They have wonderful friend rice. Their sauces are made in house. Their fried rice has sweetness to it that other places lack. The yum-yum sauce deserves its own review. Never a regret. :)
