My rainbow roll was highly disappointing

The guy making our sushi who was the owner was going back and forth touching phones, iPads, his glasses and then going directly back to making our sushi without washing his hands or anything. Disgusting if you ask me. No bueno.

I ordered fried rice, Filet Mignon and Chicken . medium rare. I got No veggies ( I put no veggies on the kids meal) and my steak was well done and the chicken was dry and tough! Also absolutely NO flavor on anything! Yuck
The kids steak I ordered Rare, was also well done and it was more tender than my Fillet!!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!! I PAID $82 WITH TIP AND TAX!
I door dashed and eat here on a regular basis
This was the worst!!! I want reimbursement!!

The restaurant vibe wasn't the most inviting. It was so dark when we walked inside- we thought they weren't open yet. My step kids ordered sushi as their meal which they were pleased with, but they brought out their sushi like 15 mins before my meal came out. I ordered the chicken hibachi which wasn't too bad but the yum yum sauce was the worse I have ever had. It was almost like a jelly consistency. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive.

didnt plan on going here. i definitely wont be returning. the waitress was the only decent part of this restaurant. i came here with some friends with the intention of splitting the hibachi. we got some other things as well. it took forever for the chef to finally make the hibachi, the chef didnt speak to us or do any tricks, which is whatever. we didnt get to split the hibachi, the chef only gave one of us a plate and put the leftover in boxes and left them at the end of our table. when he left, we assumed they were ours. then, who im assuming was the boss came over and had an awful attitude towards us. he complained that the boxes weren’t ours and that we had to pay for them. that was absolutely unprofessional the way he went about it. it was an honest mistake and there was lack of communication. we were charged for the leftovers and there was a gratuity fee, and a state and city tax. that together was like $15. we ended up paying over $100 for this and were not shown respect whatsoever. and to top it all off, me and my friends all got awful food poisoning! absolutely unacceptable.

The hibachi didn’t have much effort put into it, that’s okay but when I’m there for a show and it’s subpar I’m a bit disappointed. The food gave me and my friends food poisoning and one is now in the hospital because of it. They charged me 97 dollars and didn’t let us take anything home. I will never be coming back here again and I recommend you never come here either.
