As frequent as I visit little caesars, which is not that much.I put my order in through drive up and always have to wait ten minutes for whatever i want for them to make it. The store was dead, quiet.And you think they would have stuff hot and ready?As advertised, but they never have anything made. The manager has very poor customer service. And I can see why.If the district manager is not correcting the problem after two phone calls, they are just as bad . Stay away from the harrisonburg location.It is terrible!!!!!

Just didn't care for the quality of the pizza. The crust could have been cooked just a Little more to chewy and the garlic bread could have been seasoned and cooked a little longer.

✅️ They never disappoint! Drive thru workers are friendly!! My go-to for a relaxing meal with my son - to park, eat pizza, chill, and listen to a story CD. . .or you could watch YouTube. Decently inexpensive, and you don't have to get dressed up! 💯
Terrible, terrible service. I ordered a pizza and they said it would only take 15 minutes, but I was waiting for about an hour. The people who serve you put the orders wrong. 0% recommended.
They use doordash for deliveries so if something goes wrong they won't do anything about it and make you go through doordash. We ordered 4 pizzas and drinks and cheesesticks for our office and only received the 2 pizzas. Domino's and Papa John's here we come.
