The atmosphere was wonderful, the service was incredibly friendly, and the food was amazing. I had the filet mignon and it was so tender The best I've ever had. The sides including the mac and cheese and the mashed potatoes were heavenly. I'd highly recommend this place.
First time here. Very nice atmosphere. Bar is inviting too. Tuna appetizer was delish. Rib eye steak was a little too fatty but very good. My husband's pork chop was inedible filled with stringy grizzle and kinda tasteless. But here is where the restaurant stepped up. They could see the issue , asked him what he would prefer instead, got it to him in just a few minutes and his steak was actually better than mine. They were very apologetic and softened the blow of the more expensive plate as well. So yes we would definitely return. We loved the bar atmosphere too and will probably start there next time.
The ribeye was cooked evenly with a nice sear, paired with seasonal vegetables that added freshness to the plate. Service stayed attentive without being pushy, and the restored warehouse setting gave dinner a warm, relaxed character.

All of the steaks (ribeye, filet and sirloin) were cooked to perfection (medium Friendly staff. Yummy desserts.
Celebrated my husbands birthday dinner at Local Chop & Grill House and found it to be an A++ experience! The Creole Crab Dip was delicious and just the right portion. My husband devoured the Grilled Ribeye with asparagus and I enjoyed the Canadian Salmon (the skin was perfectly crisped) with asparagus. We both ordered the Horseradish Creme Fraiche sauce on the side as we love horseradish and it did not disappoint. We shared a nice bottle of French red wine and the peach cobbler dessert which was on special. Both were excellent. The service, atmosphere and decor are top notch. If you have time before your dinner reservations, stop by the bar for a drink. Be sure and order the Cool as a Cuke. Divine!
Was just wonderful all the way around and they let me bring a cake for my hubby's bday

Our waiter was great, he was very enthusiastic when explaining the specials for the evening and was very attentive.
This visit was our first and we will be back. It is a beautiful place and the server, Emily, was friendly and professional. She provided great suggestions and answered all our questions about the menu.
The food was really good! My son started with the crab dip, my husband has the soup special and I had the chopped house salad. Our entrees were the filet, burger & fried and the cauliflower steak. I’ve looked at recipes for the cauliflower steak and have never attempted so have it a try and it was very tasty with the salsa verde seasoning on it.
If you like asparagus you have to order this side. It was the most delicious best prepared asparagus I’ve had! Now that my son is at school here, I look forward to going back.

Food was very good. However the wait for the food after ordering took a while. At first the location they seated us at was nice and cozy (party of 5). Then people/servers started going up and down the stairs and that just ruined the moment.

We celebrated our 47th anniversary. Prosecco toast on the house, beautifully crafted dessert presentation. Service and food were extraordinary.
Stopped by on our way from Bethlehem, PA back to Asheville, NC. My hubby and I both had sirloin which was cooked to our liking. We spit a Caesar salad which was delicious. He had the asparagus, I ordered the mashed potatoes and we shared sides. We had the homemade ice cream for dessert. Hubby had an Irish cofee and I had brewed coffee. The focaccia and butter were amazing, so was the chocolate peppermint bark after our meal. Chris was our server, and he was outstanding.
