Great lunch option if you are driving through the area. Food tasted fresh. Friendly staff. Recommended for easy lunch. Only downside is limited seating in shade.

Such a wonderful business. We are here on vacation and this was the perfect place for lunch. My kids had the pizza biria and asked for seconds. My husband and I had the Quesabirria and we are just so happyz if you are in town try them. The owner was so kind and awesome.

Not the best birria I've had. It was entirely too oily, the consumme was all oil, actually. They made it right as I ordered it, but somehow it was soggy. The flavor could be better...it was kinda bland. It's not the worst I've ever had, but still cannot hold a candle to Iguana Azul in Waynesboro or La Chiapaneca in Culpeper.

This food truck is amazing! The best quesadilla I have ever tasted and I eat a lot of quesadillas! There is also a birria pizza that is on my list to try. It looked so vibrant and filling of flavor!! This food truck is a must!!

Wow, is all I can say. This is as authentic as it gets in America. 10/10 quesabirria, it ticks all the boxes, it tastes amazing, has loads of cheese and just tastes sooo good, did I say it enough times that it tastes good? This is my new favorite food truck in town.
