Wow, is all I can say. This is as authentic as it gets in America. 10/10 quesabirria, it ticks all the boxes, it tastes amazing, has loads of cheese and just tastes sooo good, did I say it enough times that it tastes good? This is my new favorite food truck in town.

I had high hopes for this food truck but I have to say I was disappointed. My husband and I both got burritos (one chicken and one steak) and they were super bland. The meat itself had good flavor but everything else in it was quite flavorless. Tasted like white rice and meet with some very mild cheese.
