Mashitas food is very good but they have lost the character and customer service since essentially turning into a carry out place that you can eat in. You now eat out of a plastic container with plastic tableware you have to get up and find elsewhere in the restaurant. This service platform left me frustrated and dissatisfied for a dining establishment that previously had been a nice restaurant to visit.
I love the changes Mashita has made! Self serve ordering makes my life easier and served to-go means I don't have to wait for a server to get my food boxed up!

Mashita was great! Stopped by from out-of-town with my MIL when we were looking for a relatively quick lunch. The service kiosk process surprised us at first but ended up being easy enough. We each got the bibimbap with braised pork, which was sooo delicious and came in a very generous portion. We got the chance to meet the chef and owner Mikey as well, who was super friendly and engaging to talk with. Really glad we stopped by and would definitely come back again! Great food,...
