I don’t like this McDonalds. The cashiers be rushing at the drive thru! They don’t care if they drop your food. They will not come back to offer you another. I asked for a large cup of ice. They gives me small cup everytime. When I asked to pay for a large cup of ice they close the window and won’t take my money.

Went here last night and the girl didn't want to do the window so waiting in frive thru while this girl is refusing to do her job but the manager made her, finally she gives me my cold food. Super slow service and rude people in late evenings. Mornings the employees are extremely polite. Adding to current, parked again. They never give you a fresh burger but yet they park you and they're not even busy. Theses McDonald's have went down hill. So bad

The lady at the drive thru gave our food to the car ahead of us, then asked me to pull up next to their car and get our food. I didn't feel comfortable with that and when I went inside the same lady went to go outside to get the food herself and bring it back. I said I didn't want that because the person already had their hands in the bag. (Seemed like a reasonable request to me) The manager eventually stepped in and had the order remade. After I went back out to my car the other person ahead of me was still waiting for their order. (15 minutes of time wasted for food that even though it got remade, still had a bad after taste, old lettuce, and rubbery buns) So disappointed.

My better half makes an order through the app, selects drive-thru, pays online, gets her order number heads to the store and is told they don't have it, that she did something wrong and can you please pull out of the line. The entire time she has her online receipt on her phone showing the store address, that it's paid for and the order number but that isn't good enough for the smart ass manager and she's told that she will be refunded her money probably within a day but he doesn't know for sure. So she asks him how are they going to know what to refund if you're saying there is no order matching the number I have on my receipt? The manager then says that he doesn't have time for this and to go away!! I really don't give a rats ass about the food but I sure do have an issue with the blatant disrespect this man showed her and this is NOT the first time he has been an ass to a customer that I know of and I don't frequent that store because of that manager explicitly. There's my review. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS!!! They don't even honor the damn receipt showing it was ordered and paid for!! What a joke.

Place could care less if they get your order right or if it's remotely fresh. Franchisee doesn't care either after multiple attempts at contact for simple refunds of transaction you failed to make right. Appreciate the trash business!
Ordered on the app for dine in. Had a hard time finding a place to sit because tables and floors were not cleaned. At one table food had been sitting on the floor so long that ants were all over it. Food was brought to the table. We were missing 1 item. My daughter went to the counter and got it. Drink bar needs cleaned desperately.

This is my regular McDonald's and 4/10 times the order is wrong or cold. One day forgot the frys. One day gave me a sweet tea instead of unsweetened for a fukin diabetic my orders have been wrong countless times. I'd honestly avoid this place unless you have a crippling gambling addiction and love different results if so you will love this location.

I don’t normally write reviews about places but this place I have too. Mutiple times I have come here to see if it has gotten better and it never has. This morning went in and ordered food and when I went to pay the counter because I ordered at the screens you can order at. The worker forgot half of my stuff and I realized afterwards. By then I just gave up but all I got was a sausage biscuit and a hashbrown and it took them 20mins to get it to me! It wasn’t busy at all! Worst McDonald’s ever.
