Fantastic service. Food was hot and fresh right before the lobby closed. We stopped on a long road trip to feed the family and hit the road again, and were very pleased. We're marking them as a good pit stop for travel in the future!

I don’t like this McDonalds. The cashiers be rushing at the drive thru! They don’t care if they drop your food. They will not come back to offer you another. I asked for a large cup of ice. They gives me small cup everytime. When I asked to pay for a large cup of ice they close the window and won’t take my money.

Went here last night and the girl didn't want to do the window so waiting in frive thru while this girl is refusing to do her job but the manager made her, finally she gives me my cold food. Super slow service and rude people in late evenings. Mornings the employees are extremely polite. Adding to current, parked again. They never give you a fresh burger but yet they park you and they're not even busy. Theses McDonald's have went down hill. So bad

Waited 17 minutes for my food, then only got half my damn order. Awful McDonald's is that's what happens all the time!!!!
The lady at the drive thru gave our food to the car ahead of us, then asked me to pull up next to their car and get our food. I didn't feel comfortable with that and when I went inside the same lady went to go outside to get the food herself and bring it back. I said I didn't want that because the person already had their hands in the bag. (Seemed like a reasonable request to me) The manager eventually stepped in and had the order remade. After I went back out to my car the other person ahead of me was still waiting for their order. (15 minutes of time wasted for food that even though it got remade, still had a bad after taste, old lettuce, and rubbery buns) So disappointed.

The food was good, and the service was slow. Tables, floors, and drinking areas need better attended. Also, the employee was eating in the food cooking area. I like this McDonald's, so I'm hoping my observations will be attended to. Thank you😊

My better half makes an order through the app, selects drive-thru, pays online, gets her order number heads to the store and is told they don't have it, that she did something wrong and can you please pull out of the line. The entire time she has her online receipt on her phone showing the store address, that it's paid for and the order number but that isn't good enough for the smart ass manager and she's told that she will be refunded her money probably within a day but he doesn't know for sure. So she asks him how are they going to know what to refund if you're saying there is no order matching the number I have on my receipt? The manager then says that he doesn't have time for this and to go away!! I really don't give a rats ass about the food but I sure do have an issue with the blatant disrespect this man showed her and this is NOT the first time he has been an ass to a customer that I know of and I don't frequent that store because of that manager explicitly. There's my review. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS!!! They don't even honor the damn receipt showing it was ordered and paid for!! What a joke.
