One of the managers there needs to be retrained on how to treat the customers because she lacks customer service.

I used the kiosk to order and took advantage of the 2 for1 deal on egg mcmuffin and ordered 2 has browns. Got no receipt from kiosk - standard at all booked franchises. Order delivered to the table with 1 egg mcmuffin and 1 hash brown. When I complained the server grunted and pointed to the sticked on the trat where the left hand side had been cut off so quantities were shown. A grunt, a wave of his hand and walked away all but flipping me off. Because I don't speak Spanish there was no talking to the manager. AVOID THIS MCDONALDS, there are others near by.

We ordered through the app @1040am. Breakfast items, order was accepted, received our code. A long slow line didn't get me to the kiosk until 11:01. When I stated the code, I was told that they don't serve Breakfast after 11am. My wife called when I got home without the food. Manager was rude, short tempered and hung up. This McDonald's has permanently lost our business.

This is got to be the worst McDonald’s in history. I live across the street and they never get it right. I have to go to the further McDonald’s on Carlton. I ordered sausage egg, and cheese McMuffin. I got the sausage and cheese but no egg. I’m done when I called back to tell him. He said no that’s the way they come so for anybody who wants to go to this McDonald’s go the extra few blocks because this one is terrible. They can’t even get french fries right
The manager at this McDonald’s is the poorest representation for the this company. Such lack of professionalism and overall customer service. Would not give us our orders and forced us to go through a 20+ person drive thru line multiple times in order to receive our orders. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Whoever is in charge needs to look into this staff and teach them how to treat customers. You should just give people what they paid for, not slam the drive thru window closed in their faces with an attitude. As the manager? Unacceptable. Do better.

They forgot the fries in the bag. Had to go ask for then. The burger was not good, had tuff spots, and fell apart as you were trying to eat. I know fast food. Was 9 hour back home and just in a hurry.

No one can make a vanilla ice coffee at,all. 1 McDonald's had coffee grinds in bottom of cup. It does not have address on here so I'm posting same for all McDonald's I've visited recently. Drive thru no idea how to count money back so she threw it into my car and some landed on ground had to get out of car and retrieve cash from behind car and she just smiled at me.it has been several months since I had good coffee from there and I usually get coffee at mount crawford but who can afford a coffee you can not drink.

I have nothing about ESL individuals but I do have issues with a service oriented business hiring people that do NOT have a basic fluency in English. Don’t even bother trying to eat at this McDonald’s if you don’t speak Mexican Spanish.

This McDonald's really is low on it all around. Their window time sucks and they NEVER get your order right.
My kid is allergic to onions and pickles and hate ketchup.... So we order 2 plain cheese burgers in the Bush garden box and it comes with everything even lettuce and tomatoes, and the Fry's were cold!
I know it's a good deal for $20 but this happens every single time we go to this McDonald's.
It shouldn't be the customers job to make sure y'all did your job the right way.
Last time we were there not only did we get our order and someone else's order..... But we payed less than what our actual order cost....

I ordered an order for four people. They gave me 4 drinks, and poker with my order, what a disappointment when I came home and found out that there was not enough burger and fries (there were only 3 on the menu, even though I paid for 4) -It happened on the evening of Saturday, June 7, 2025.
Everything would be fine, this situation just repeated itself before. We had the same thing. I thought it was a mistake, but now I see that it was not a mistake. Someone there simply did not complete the order.
