my husband and i have been to tons of McDonald's throughout our traveling, travels ...we love your coffee, drink it in our Keurig daily. so good. well out a doubt this location is the best. the employees are always friendly, kind and helpful. the coffee is spot on, delicious! we love 8 cream, 8 sugar. they do it perfectly, no clue why others (locations) can not. and true me we get some rude McDonald's employees at other locations. had a fight with a lady at a New York drive thru, still can believe how rude she was. i get it, you had a bad day but treating customer not kind is never okay. if you can not make a cup of coffee the way a customer enjoys, give them packets of sugar and cream. we love a straw with our coffee. iced coffee from this location is great. so good. they get you through the line (drive thru) are great, quick so kind. fries are tasty and hot. kind with the sauces. never been inside only through the drive thru. so kind. totally would recommend to all who are looking for some (well it is not cheap, when we were kids in the early 80's it was cheap, my hubby even worked at a McDonald's in Chesapeake, VA) going the extra mile, showing a smile, always make customers feel great. thank you. you all are AWESOME!!!

Very fast service. We placed our food while at the hotel, and it was hot and ready when we got there. My only complaint is that it tastes so plain. Everything from the fries to the McChicken. I am from SC visiting for the weekend and was not expecting that.

The lady at the second window rolled her eyes and showed immense attitude when I asked about the McChicken that I ordered. It was not on the receipt so it seemed like the first window lady didnt add it by mistake. First lady was very nice. Mistakes happen so I brought it up to the lady at the second window and that’s when she decided to have a crazy attitude and roll her eyes about it. Don’t let that lady run a window if she can’t fix problems with a smile. Terrible service from her.

It's just not McDonald's anymore. I'm an elder millennial, and I remember when the food, atmosphere, and service were actually good and prices weren't insane for the quality. I'm just not going to go there anymore. 😕 I don't recommend this chain at all. 1/10

Kid-friendliness: No playground, everything is gray and clinical. So not cute.
Wheelchair accessibility: Good luck opening those double doors if you're struggling with walking or strength. Not designed for everyone in mind.
