Home fries were barely warm and not done. Bagel was okay. Very little jalapenos taste or spiciness.

Order an egg and bacon on everything bagel. Wow really. Little to no egg or bacon on a bagel I didn’t request as well as cold. Pathetic attempt to cut the bagel way over priced.
AVOID: over priced, slow, and poor quality.

Discovered Mr. J's a few years ago. At the time II was desperately searching for a quick breakfast for a couple of hungry teenage soccer players.. My players have never forgotten Mr. J's, and now we stop here every time! Just off I-81. Incredible bagel sandwiches!

Pretty decent place. I've been twice. Doesn't look like they clean tables very often. Bacon is precooked and sausage is prefozen patties. Home fries are potatoe wedges, they are ok.
Be prepared for cream cheese overload if you order it on a bagel.
Not sure if I'll be coming back or not.

The food is good, if you can ever actually get your order. Go to any of the other locations. This one is beyond terrible.

The person in front of me received there bagels 30 minutes before I did. I’m not sure what’s going on in the back but how does the next customer in line wait 30 minutes for there bagels after the customer before them? I waited in almost ready on their board for 25 minutes. Then, they brought out everyone’s orders all at once, funny enough it didn’t have mine lmao.

Not sure why these good reviews. The bacon egg cheese bagel we ordered was salty and the bagel was very hard. Won’t order again

Our bagels were great. We did not hear them call our name when our order was ready. They just put your order in a bag and set it on a shelf. This process needs to be improved.

09:20 Sunday morning — very crowded/long wait time (didn’t order).

Came here on the recommendation of a friend but was disappointed by one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had, not only at a restaurant but anywhere. I ordered a large coffee and a 1/2 dozen bagels (free 7th bagel included). I requested for one of the bagels to be toasted and the woman taking my order, who had already left me unimpressed by an overall unwelcoming, impatient demeanor, proceeded to tell me this could not be done. So they have a toaster and they toast bagels, but they can’t toast one of the bagels that I just purchased. Instead she tells me it would be a separate charge, that I would have to order an additional bagel. I said this makes no sense, and that all I wanted was one of the bagels toasted for my breakfast, and wanted to take the other 6 home. This simply could not be done due to ‘store policy’. Absolutely absurd. This woman, if she is in a position of authority, should be immediately demoted at the very least, or fired altogether. Definitely retrained on customer service etiquette. And if this is actually a store policy, then that is even more absurd and one of the least beneficial policies and most useless, either to business or patron, I’ve ever heard of. So I didn’t even get my bagels or coffee and decided to ask for a refund instead. She gave me only a portion of my refund, and then said she thought I still wanted my coffee. I also had to ask for the $1 tip I gave on the p.o.s back. I was so disappointed by this experience, it left me befuddled and feeling like I was in an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm. I just wanted a bagel toasted with cream cheese man. What has the world come to??

A very mid bacon egg cheese. Took 30 minutes to make 1. Couldn’t be more disappointed in this place

67 minute wait for a breakfast sandwich. It’s like A fraternity basement waiting for bagels instead of beer. Not worth it. I walked out with out my order.

I waited an hour in line to get a rock hard and cold bagel . Wouldn’t recommend if you want good food and it’s too crowded to sit . 1-10 don’t go here . James N served and didn’t call our names we had to ask two other workers for a response
