Coming from out of town, we decided to stop at this Olive Garden, and I have to say, it turned out to be the best service experience I've ever had! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, but our server Ashlyn W. truly made the meal exceptional. She was incredibly attentive, checking up on us regularly without us asking, and always had a great attitude. It's clear she genuinely cares about the customers' experience.

I ordered the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo and was served a few chunks of steak gristle on cold cheese and pasta. Maybe 5 spinach leaves in the whole dish.
It was the worst meal I've had in several decades. I'm glad I entered the building with low expectations, Olive Garden, because you really know how to disappoint.
The server was great and offered to get a manager. I declined - this terrible meal deserved to be outed publicly instead.
