Stopped in Harrisonburg while traveling and did what I usually do, looked for a local brewery. Can not say enough good things about this place, the staff were phenomenal and the food was excellent but the real star was the beer. Had a Kolsch, it was fantastic and paired great with the Italian sandwich.Thank you, this was a great find after a long day of driving.

Went to Pale Fire with a big group. Service was efficient and the beer was great! Detroit Style pizza is a must get!Can’t wait to go back when the patio is open. Great spot prior to any JMU event. Go Dukes!

So I'm on the road again traveling the east coast to Key West. First stop, Harrisonburg VA. Great brewery, awesome bartender, and perfect location, one of my favorite towns. Check it out if you drive Rte 81.

We went to the NEW location in "Bayse" VA. It had been only been opened for 9 days. What a wonderful surprise. The "Big Mug" (pale ale) was super excellent!!! Sierra Nevada would be proud! The "Snow Miser" - wow, yummy! Great lakes has some competition. Pizza was perfect and the staff was too. AWESOME way to spend a 18 degree snow filled day

If you are looking for a place with good vibes, good beer, and weekly fun events, this is it. My friends and I come at least once a week to enjoy our favorite drinks and participate in their events (such as Singo, or Trivia nights). They have good beer options, and have recently started serving cocktails as well. You can also order food, which is also superb (the pizza or spinach artichoke dip are my favs) and it's overall just a cozy vibe. Staff are also very nice and quick!

They allowed our dog inside while on leash. Most tables are high bar tables, which made it difficult to heal our dog. Family enjoyed the deep dish pizza and I had the vegetable sandwich which was very good. The Molly Red was excellent, wish we had gotten a growler.
