Terrible, I ordered a handle and the controller was horrible, it was already watery with a bad smell from storage.

Mango so green and sour! And the tamarind stick is half! The mangoes in a mangonada have to be ripe! Good for a Mexican paleteria!

Everything is very delicious, the ice creams and their waters. The roast beef is not even very delicious.

I loved going to buy the mangonadas from this place but the terrible service I had this afternoon when I went to get one really made me never go back ? I'm so upset the person who served me was talking on the phone and while I was holding my mangonada it was touching her phone I really regret not having left without buying it but I didn't want to be rude because I was with my boyfriend but we will never really go back to that place and I hope that lady dedicates time to work or they will lose many clients

I booked a room at this property and stayed here in early July. Was pleased with my accommodations. Returned on July 19, booking through Hotel.com. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that I found smelled like a dog kennel, and noticed both beds were attached to the wall at in a manner that placed the head lower than the foot of the bed. The corridor outside the room was flooded, but passable. I returned to the front desk to advise the room I had been assigned is unacceptable, not fit for human habitation. I was given a room key to the room directly next to the first. I proceeded to that room, to find the odor equally similar to a kennel, and actually cut my leg on the bedframe that extended beyond the foot of the bed into the room. I returned to the front desk and was advised the only other room I could be assigned was upstairs, at substantially higher cost. I declined that offer and advised I would continue to Staunton, Va and would not be paying for a room which was not fit for people who did not own the dog they were boarding with. He indicated that he would take care of the cancellation. He did not. I phoned Hotel.com when I discovered I'd been charged for the room I did not use, and I telephoned the Clarion desk and reiterated the above sequence of events. I was told that it was not uncommon for arriving guests to reject these "pet friendly" rooms upon arrival and experiencing the powerful smell of dog. I was told that the manager would have to intervene to advise Hotel.com that the charges placed against my account should be cancelled. Hotel.com sent me a text message advising the hotel had refused to cancel the charges and it was beyond their capacity to intervene. My message to all who consider this property, don't do business with unscrupulous people who don't have the integrity to be truthful or maintain their property in a manner fit for human habitation. This place literally stinks.

No issues at all. Clean, quiet, nice pool and breakfast. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is no elevator to the second level, but fortunately there were first floor rooms available. Several things to mention, the breakfast offers waffles, fruit, yogurt, real scrambled eggs, ham, sausage and more. The entire property is clean and updated, TVs are big, and the beds are Heavenly comfortable- we will definitely return.

Nice place, good breakfast. Very nice staff. Would highly recommend. Word of advice, do NOT stay at Days inn across the street, Awful smell in smoking and non smoking buildings with holes in the walls. Very rude staff.

Absolutely horrendous. Staff sent me away after charging full room fee. Told me refund for cancellation takes 7-21 business days. Charged me FULL price for the room just to tell me I could not stay. Took them 30 mins to acknowledge I was at the counter. The male manager never spoke a word, to busy on his video game in the back room it seemed. Don’t stay here, they may turn you away last minute due to their hospitality.
