I called the restaurant about two hours before our college sports team of about 35 people arrived for dinner. The service was amazing!!! They were fast, and provided enough food for the players and coaching staff to leave satisfied! 10000% recommend this location for big groups and short notice.

The lady making my food dropped a piece of teriyaki chicken… she picked it up threw it halfway across the building missing the trashcan, picked it up and threw it in the trash. Best part is she went back to serving food without washing her hands…

I would avoid going after 6 because they skimp you on the portions, basically it's not a Panda Express thing it's the employee who don't want to remake food so they short your portions, I asked about the portion of fire shrimp and was met with disdain, that's ok Panda Express in Harrisonburg when I'm passing through Harrisonburg I know to avoid you.

Awful customer service! Placed an order online. Went through the drive thru to pick it up once I got notification it was ready. There was one car waiting at the pickup window. I waited for 15 minutes for that car to get their food. As soon as that car left and I pulled up the girl handed me my food. I asked her if my food had been sitting there for the 15 minutes I waited behind that car. She said no. I told her in the future if someone has to wait that long for their food and other people were behind them (there were two cars behind me) that they should have the car that’s waiting pull in a parking spot so it doesn’t hold up the other cars. She actually told me to quit being petty. I will never go there again. Oh and my food was cold when I got it because it had been sitting out for so long.

Panda Express is one of our families favorite fast food places. However this Harrisonburg location is the absolute worst Panda Express we have ever been in. No food available, rude person taking orders had no idea when food would be ready. They were out of half of the items and the ones they did have some of, were dried out. Can see why there was no one in there at 12:10 in the afternoon.
Really nice quick place to get Chinese food the food is nice sometimes it tasted like it’s not fresh like today the noodles were dry but overall it’s still a good place to eat

Ordered. There wasn't much selection available. Was told 5 minutes for food to come out (2 items). So she had me pay and plated some of the food. It then sat under the heat lamp for about 20 minutes while we continued to wait, undoubtedly turning the noodles hard and Styrofoam flavored. After seeing multiple other guests order and get their food that wasn't available cooked and brought for them, I decided to ask for a refund. Not to mention trying to handle my son's food without washing your hands and pulling around the mop bucket past the registers. No longer a fan after this.
