I used to be a fan of Panera, but after my most recent visit at this location, I definitely will not be returning again. The management here does not care for the safety and well-being of their employees at all. My sibling worked here and was being stalked by an older gentleman for four nights in a row. They would come in follow them around, touch them, and offer money. When my sibling brought this up to management saying they were scared about this happening, they were met with a rude attitude and lack of concern. The boss pretty much said they were fine and to suck it up. I don’t recommend going here, and I definitely don’t recommend working here, especially if you’re a young girl. Please find a safer please to go!

The food is delicious my boyfriend and I love eating here and enjoy getting food for others. We recently did an order and finally got home to realize they didn’t give us any of our bread sides. Usually it wouldn’t be a big deal, but this was a big order and we had to go back once already to receive food they forgot to give us. Not only did we not get the food that we paid for but now the meals are incomplete. Very disappointed

Horrible I wait damn near 25 minutes for a Mac and cheese. There was no line and 4 ppl on the screen however 7 ppl in total went before me. Just Horrible I am a customer for over 10 plus year and this was the first time I wish I could talk to the owner. This was also my first time visiting this location during my birthday weekend. Never again.. can wait to go back to Maryland. Smh 😒😑 I should have just waited the damn 25 mins at Longhorn like I was suppose to but I thought this was my go to in times of need....Nope!!
