My salad had brown lettuce in it. My squash soup was hot and pretty good. But the salad just tasted stale. I was surprised but probably never ate there at 5pm in evening. It was usually lunch. So I'm good and won't visit back very soon or at all.

I usually get sandwiches when I order. They are consistent with what I expected from Panera. Usually order ahead & pick up. In the 3 times I have been some item was missing. Staff has pleasantly provided the missing item when asked.

My wife and I stopped here on our road trip and were really impressed. The place is spotlessly clean, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. We grabbed some coffee, found a booth, and the WiFi was strong enough for both of us to get work done with no issues.

Lots of natural light, clean seating, quick service, exactly what you hope for on a long drive. Great Panera location!

Paid over $50 for dinner for my family which i ordered& a friend picked up for us. Food was super messy& did not include the dippers for our ciabatta sandwiches. The bread that went with the chili was just thrown in the bag. Not wrapped up or in any kind container. Pretty disappointed i spent that much money for something that didn't meet my expectations

The store unfortunately was out of soup, was not a problem at all. I placed a doordash order and was charged a bunch of fees, but doordash would not let me cancel with a refund. I got a refund for my two soups from the store, but was wondering if they could cancel the order on their end because they marked the order as ready and THEN let a driver drive to get it when they did not have my order - she (manager) said there was nothing she could do and that was okay. However she had the most HEINOUS attitude, extremely condescending, and a raised voice. girl. when i brought up said attitude. she then HUNG UP instead of apologizing. WORST experience ever. Whoever is the manager should be fireddddd.

this resturant has ok quality food priced as if it it's luxury, when it is really not. I don't understand why they are so high-priced, when they don't even give a good quantity size. The one nice thing is the free wifi and clean atmosphere, but again I would rate it a 5/10 of a restaurant value wise.

This place used to be good not anymore I have order twice this week and every single time I had my order wrong. A tuna sandwich with no tuna and instead of tuna only bacon and tomatoes and onions what? and a Frontega chicken with no veggies sorry but not sorry if you don't have the ingredients for your sandwich someone has to let the customer know before they order because that to me is stilling there money for something they didn't order.
