Horrible I wait damn near 25 minutes for a Mac and cheese. There was no line and 4 ppl on the screen however 7 ppl in total went before me. Just Horrible I am a customer for over 10 plus year and this was the first time I wish I could talk to the owner. This was also my first time visiting this location during my birthday weekend. Never again.. can wait to go back to Maryland. Smh 😒😑 I should have just waited the damn 25 mins at Longhorn like I was suppose to but I thought this was my go to in times of need....Nope!!

Unfortunately, this was probably the worst experience I have had at a Panera Bread. The kiosk ordering screens took our order for our family but then wouldn't move to the pay screen. There seemed to be some glitch with the software, possibly related to the rewards system. So, we went to the cashier and gave the whole order again. They got everyone else's order right, but my pick 2 had the wrong salad. This wasn't a huge deal to me, since everyone else's order was correct. I only saw 2 staff members, so possibly they were understaffed (this particular Panera has very little view into the kitchen, so it wasn't possible to know for sure).
The cashier and food service people were very polite. The food was excellent, as expected (especially the baked goods). Panera remains an excellent place to take my family.

I went there to get me my breakfast and all I asked was for a plain bagel with eag and cheese, but they ended up putting bacon on it which I can not eat due to religious reasons. When I went back to get my refund of course I was angry so got mad at em since they ruined my breakfast. With which the manager responded that she will not give me a refund and threatened that I should call police but she will not give me a refund. I am never in my life going back there and will make sure to let my friends know the kind to service you can expect from them.

Service was terrible. The manager was very rude. I ordered from door dash I did not get my soup when calling the restaurant the manager refused to refund the money for the baked potato soup. I threatened to call district manager and she hung. When I called back. Did not answer Will not order from this restaurant or use door dash.

This location is terrible. Paid $14 for a cup of French onion soup with no cheese on top like it's supposed to come, and a lemonade so bitter/sour it's barely drinkable (Im sure it was made incorrectly). Very disappointed...
I payed for a full chicken Avocado melt and got half a chicken salad sandwich (which is both cold and half a sandwich) usually I don't leave bad reviews just this happened at a very emotionally fragile state for me ??
Came for dinner. Note on door closing at 5:00. I ordered soup and sandwich. They packed everything to go. Soup spilled over everything in the bag because it was overfilled. They can surely see that. Cashier never asked about a drink or a side choice. This used to he a great Panera but has really gone downhill.
