this is the absolutely WORST pizza hut EVER. i travel from state to state and this place was unbelievable. first i called and took them 6 mins before somebody answered. then i was told to please hold. they never got back on the phone. i drove there and waited 12 mins before i could i was greeted . then i get home an the pizza was burnt

I've been dining in at this location for the past year or so and have consistently received good food and even greater service. It's always nice to leave work across the street so I can come sit down and have lunch at this location. 10/10

Today May10th 2025, I drove to this Pizza Hut branch, I ordered some pizza, I told the server so clearly I want “thick” pizza, unfortunately once it was ready to take it home, I did not double check, to see my order if it’s correct.
When I arrived home they told me this the thin one, they’re the one made the mistake at first place.
I called them immediately, and the manager that answered my phone, so rude, he has problem with communicating with people, he has attitude. He should be ashamed of himself. Shame on Pizza Hut hiring such boy.
He told me, that I had to take the pizzas back in order to remake for me, he was so worry about the pizzas to be returned to him. Anyway, I had to drive back again, same boy spoke to me with attitude, I asked if he was worry about the to be retuned to him, he answered and told me; Yes I have to. This dude is absolutely disrespectful!!
I won’t recommend this place terrible manager. I don’t care and I will no longer buy from them ever again.

Very friendly service which is very welcoming in today's world! The only complaints are it was cold inside waiting for food, but maybe they had something wrong with there heating unit also the one side door was locked so u had to walk around the building to get in.

Doordash messed up my delivery by giving me someone else's order from a sushi restaurant of all things (and after all that still would not take any responsibility whatsoever). Thankfully, the manager of this pizza hut himself was kind and understanding about the situation and remedied it; thank you!
