We decided to grab a personal pizza and a pasta dinner. The order was ready when I arrived to pick it up. The staff was very friendly and professional. But...our personal pizza was very soft and we both felt like it was undercooked 😞

Ordered delivery. Still waiting 45 mins past delivery time. Tried to call; was put on hold 3 times. Finally talked to actual person who made excuses about using DoorDash & claimed that they would remake the order & would be delivered in 20 mins. Waited a additional 25 minutes ?

My wife ordered and immediately attempted to cancel the order. There is no local number to call, and when she finally got a hold of someone after three phone calls they said it was canceled. A few days later and the charge was still on her card.

I got a large vegetables pizza it tasted like ****t like it was frozen, 3 toppings thats all you get for a $26 pizza!!! This place needs renovating I didn’t like the smell inside either.

For $43.00 every thing pizza with very little toppings sause barely visible same with pepperoni parts had no sause at all...hell frozen pizza/ gas stations has more toppings and sause.. Will not buy pizza at pizza hut Were is the sause ?????? People work hard for money it like stilling when you dont get what you pay for.. They say sorry what good does you saying sorry how about two new pizza or money back
