So annoying everytime I want to use rewards points the app conveniently has an error…yet I add same product as I’m paying for it and it adds to cart no problem.

The worst Pizza Hut i have ever experienced, very unhelpful and rude, i ordered something online and wanted to add something to it, just like any other restaurant or place, the waiter (kory) says he cant add it for me and i asked him to cancel the order and ill reorder online and add whatever i want to add. So i reorder online something slightly different, MR. Kory here calls me and says he wants to cancelMy order because i ordered something different, in which restaurant does this ever happen. Guess what it happened in virginia and i came all the way from New York. Anyways so i tell kory ill be there in 5 mins he says he is gonna close in 3min so im there in exactly 3 mins and he locks the doors. I call mr kory and ask about the old order he says he threw it away and that he cant do anything at all for me, mind you he was like how am I supposed to trust you if you order something different and ive already paid for the order the money is with him already and fully paid he he says how can i trust you, have you ever seen a complete idiot at work, if not well now you have. I dont noy recommend this pizza place at all, if i were you id go to dominos right next to it im sure the have better service over there. Thank You Mr.kory for ruining my night and wasting 45mins of my time :)

Had to call 3 times because employees kept hanging up the phone. All they had to do was walk the pizza through the parking lot to deliver it. When we got it the pizza had been dropped and he didn't say a word about it.
