My husband and I had a celebratory dinner at Red Lobster tonight and our visit started out very well as we were greeted very warmly by hostess, Lauren. Note that Lauren’s friendliness carried over to other patrons of the restaurant as we observed her being very mindful of the comfort of an elderly couple at a booth seated across from our table.
The service we had from our server, Jennifer, was impeccable! She went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and made amenable suggestions to our orders which we appreciated greatly. Apparently, there was an issue with the heat going down the night before which affected the prep for dinner service. Despite this challenge, Jennifer made our experience very enjoyable and remained upbeat and hospitable throughout our dinner.
Again, Red Lobster’s employees - this time Lauren and Jennifer - left a very positive impression of the staff in their establishment. Bravo and keep up the great work! You all make our decision to visit Red Lobster Harrisonburg for celebratory dinners an easy one!

Veronica and Tina made our celebration so awesome due to their wonderful service, warmth, and attention to detail during our visit. They’re a shining example of what hospitality in the service industry should be. Celebrated my birthday here and it was amazing! Jennifer is the sweetest, most attentive server ever. She was super easy to talk to and gave great recommendations. The crab legs were to die for (and perfectly portioned).
Last night, our family decided to visit Red Lobster. It was cold, with moderate snow falling, and we were grateful to find a restaurant open on such a snowy evening. Upon arrival, we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Justin, the kitchen supervisor and registered chef. His warmth and professionalism were truly unparalleled. I usually go out with my family, but I hadn’t planned to eat because of a moderate seafood allergy. However, our wonderful dining room attendant provided me with delicious options that were safe for me to enjoy. She even took the time to document my allergies and communicate them directly to Mr. Justin. For the first time, I felt confident in the chef’s integrity enough to eat a meal at a primarily seafood restaurant. Mr. Justin prepared everything to perfection, and my family couldn’t stop raving about their meals. In the hour we were there, Justin consistently demonstrated warmth, patience, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail. It was truly a wonderful experience, and we will absolutely be returning!

It was freezing cold and snowing as we drove up to the Harrisonburg, VA Red Lobster, but the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the warmest smiles. The restaurant felt so cozy, and that’s where we had the privilege of meeting Ms. Jennifer. She is bubbly, incredibly kind, and attentive in every way. We never had to ask for a thing, she took care of everything before we even thought of it. I have a moderate seafood sensitivity, and she made sure I stayed safe the entire time. Her attention to detail gave me so much peace of mind. Our family left saying it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Ms. Jennifer truly made the night special. First time at a Red Lobster and unfortunately will be my last. Should have went elsewhere when we saw only a handful of cars in the parking lot at 6:00pm on a Sunday. For my smoked old fashion that I ordered, it took them at least 10 minutes to find a torch, they were very apologetic, no problem. But then the were out of salmon and crab! So I ordered fried shrimp with mashed potatoes. the mashed potatoes had to have been at least 2-3 days old, they were dry, hard and disgusting. I will say the side Caesar salad was pretty good, thank Goodness. Wish I spent 133.00 elsewhere :/

No bread was offered with entree? ordered sweet tea was brought water. Sister ordered water with lemon, only water came out.. Not as good as it use to be. I thought maybe they stopped with the bread, but my sister and I were offered none.. disappointed. It's as the waitress heard nothing we said.

My wife and I go here on a regular basis. We always have great service and great meal. If do we have any issues with food they are quick to take care of it without hesitation. This night was our first night having Jennifer as our waitress and she did a great job. Always checking to make sure our drinks were full and food was good. Someone we had many times in the past is Veronica she has always been great with us every time we are there. This night we received that same great attention. She remembers things from over a year ago that we had talked about while visiting. My wife and I had a great time and look forward to the next time.
