My husband and I had a celebratory dinner at Red Lobster tonight and our visit started out very well as we were greeted very warmly by hostess, Lauren. Note that Lauren’s friendliness carried over to other patrons of the restaurant as we observed her being very mindful of the comfort of an elderly couple at a booth seated across from our table.

I came to Red Lobster with my family after I graduated, and our waitress Jaye was the absolute sweetest. She was so attentive and kept checking on us throughout the meal. At the end, she surprised me with a celebratory dessert that said “congratulations” and the cutest Red Lobster necklace. It was my first time at this location, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much Jaye!
