Just wasn't what we thought it was but still had a good time.
Great place! I got to share some of my childhood games with my kid – so much fun! And the pizza is really good too! 👌
Most of the games didn't work
The pizza was delicious. (Wood fire)
Looks like a fun place but they have removed the ping pong tables
Only one duck pen lane available. We had to wait super long to even play.
Don’t recommend rude staff
Bingo on Tuesdays! Great pizza, free arcade games (on Tuesday evenings).
Fun atmosphere, great food! All around good time for all members of the family!
An excellent arcade with beers, pizza, and bowling.

Was told they were at max capacity with a 30+ minute wait but the establishment wasn’t even a quarter full and there were duck pin lanes open. We decided to leave.
I used to love Ruby’s Arcade, especially bingo on Tuesdays and karaoke on Thursdays. However, I’m really upset with the new rules they’ve implemented, which seem likely to drive away customers.
First, there’s now a $3 cover charge. While I wouldn’t mind paying it, there was no prior warning or communication about this change, which feels unfair. My biggest issue, though, is the strict enforcement of a 21-and-over rule. I understand the need for age restrictions when it comes to drinking or being at the bar, but what’s the point of wristbands for under-21 patrons if they aren’t allowed to stay and enjoy the atmosphere? An 18-and-over rule after 10 PM, with proper enforcement of no alcohol for underage guests, would be much more reasonable.
To make matters worse, the individual enforcing these rules is extremely rude, which adds to the frustration. What made it even worse is that the karaoke staff—who work so hard to create an amazing experience—were visibly upset when we were forced to leave. They clearly value the energy and participation from all guests, and it’s disappointing that these new policies are undermining that.
In the past, I’ve had great karaoke nights, staying until 2 AM and leaving generous tips because of how much fun my friends and I were having. Now, the place is a barren wasteland after 10 PM, and the energy that made it so special is gone. These changes feel like a punishment to everyone who just wants to enjoy the space responsibly.
Great service and great food. Enjoyed with the kids from our school.
Everyone is really friendly. Great place on Thursday nights for karaoke.
Fun place to be although the games needs to be fixed most of them not functioning especially the bowling lanes gets shut down a lot
