This cider is uniquely different to other ciders! I got the Sweet Shenadoah and it was really good! Not at all overly sweet. Light. Paired well with the Sage Bird Panini I purchased. Sage Bird Ciderworks is a tremendous cidery and one that I highly recommend visiting if you are in Harrisonburg. I have been to a few cideries in the region, Big Fish, Angry Orchard, and Old Hill. I’m super jealous that we don’t have a cider bar in Gainesville FL. Ciders were great, they have games and books for entertainment but y favorite thing was the blankets that were provided for you.
