1 star is being WAY too nice.
Why is it so hard to follow someone’s order. Paying extra for cold foam and it’s barely even the normal amount… maybe got 1/8th of an inch of cold foam. Then when you bring it up to the barista I just receive attitude. Get it remade and basically got it thrown at me. Didn’t even want to say it wasn’t even a full coffee the second time around so my amazing man had to bring it in to get it fixed a second time and being afraid of what we’d get a second time — he just asked for the ingredients to fix it so that he could fix it for me.

If you’re looking for your coffee to be made — I’d go elsewhere — especially if you’d like your coffee without attitude.

Ploy Severance

I order drinks from this branch almost everyday but I don't know why they are not up to standard. The drinks taste bad and are diluted. Sometimes there is too much ice which is unbelievable.

But manager he so nice! 👍🏻

Lukewarm Cafe Americano, slow service and no soap in bathroom. We've stopped here on our trips down 81 for over 10 years so I asked on our way back for a discount since prior coffee was lukewarm. Manager said no because we didn't have receipt. Who keeps coffee receipts? Time to find a local coffee place. Goodbye Starbucks.

Ordered a customized drink and got a standard one. Employee said “I made it correctly.” Starbucks customer service disagreed and refunded the purchase. Very poor customer service.

Very friendly service, and great renovation! This store is the only reason Harrisonburg has stayed afloat and alive.

Kaia and the team I’ve met here has been so friendly and professional. The friendly city of Harrisonburg wouldn’t be the same without this team.
