Holidays are hard. Yesterday while I was traveling to go see my terminally ill mom, my 3 year old and teething baby had finally fallen asleep in the car and I needed a pick me up and mobile ordered a drink for myself, purposely drove to the store with a drive thru so I wouldn’t have to disturb my kids. This picture may not mean much to many, but to me it is fabulous. Tonight on 27Oct21, I was greeted with amazing and exemplary service from Olivia and Zach. I was tired and, honestly, not looking forward to going into work this evening. But their kindness and gratitude for my service as a healthcare provider pumped me up…especially in a time when it’s been so hard to be excited to work.
