There obviously must not be any manager in this Starbucks. I have been in the drive thru for 15/20 minutes now. Absolutely ridiculous. These people have no business working in drivethru.

LIA and barista Maya were so incredibly gracious. I have been driving for seven hours from the South didn’t even know what state I was in. They assured me I was in Virginia. On my way to Boston. They sat with me. We talked about college. they were amazing made me feel so welcome. How lucky am ILIA and barista Maya were so incredibly gracious. Second time I have come and store has been closed with nothing posted anywhere. Which good for the workers as they deserve living wages. My real complaint is with the coffee. The eggnog latte is disgusting and is apparently made with powder instead of real eggnog now and that shows. Tastes like chemical garbage. I usually look forward to eggnog and peppermint mocha, but frankly you can get much better coffee almost anywhere else in Harrisonburg including 7 Brew, Coffeehound, Drifters, Harvest Table... really the list goes on

Listed as open online and the store was papered up, closed, and the drive thru was blocked. I believe they were protesting at the starbucks that was open down a few blocks. Inconvenient for me as I wanted the drive thru. People were confused as they kept pulling into the lot and having to turn around and leave.

I came to pick up a Doordash order and waited for ten minutes before they even acknowledged me, then several more minutes before they got me my order! With Doordash every minute counts! Don't come here if you want fast service. They were also severely understaffed.

I had a bad experience with Starbucks today. It seemed like they were making a joke of their customers and their employee at the window when I ordered and tried to scan my card she completely broke into laughter out of no where which made me feel absolutely disrespected and she scurried off no warning which was extremely unprofessional, I am very dissatisfied as a loyal customer and disappointed. No respect at all! 👎👎
