Listed as open online and the store was papered up, closed, and the drive thru was blocked. I believe they were protesting at the starbucks that was open down a few blocks. Inconvenient for me as I wanted the drive thru. People were confused as they kept pulling into the lot and having to turn around and leave.

I came to pick up a Doordash order and waited for ten minutes before they even acknowledged me, then several more minutes before they got me my order! With Doordash every minute counts! Don't come here if you want fast service. They were also severely understaffed.

I had a bad experience with Starbucks today. It seemed like they were making a joke of their customers and their employee at the window when I ordered and tried to scan my card she completely broke into laughter out of no where which made me feel absolutely disrespected and she scurried off no warning which was extremely unprofessional, I am very dissatisfied as a loyal customer and disappointed. No respect at all! 👎👎

Once you're inside you basically get treated like a ghost sometimes, I waited 20 plus minutes and they looked me dead in the eyes and served everyone who went in the drive thru. A line formed inside with everyone waiting. Not a single one of our orders was fulfilled.

My wife and I stopped here on our way back to Maryland from Hot Springs and this was surprisingly the most unpleasant staff ever. No one greeted us. No one smiles. They all looked miserable and upset like being there made them sad.

I usually go to the Starbucks on East Market but was on this end of town and placed a mobile order to pick up inside. The store was empty except for a few cars in the drive through and a man who I assume had ordered Starbucks for his co-workers he had carriers for 20 plus drinks so I can understand a bit of a wait but I waited for almost 30 minutes. After 20 I went to the register to ask about my drink and was ignored. Once I finally got my matcha it was blended unproperly and I had to wait until I got home to mix it properly in order to drink it.
