I gotta speak the truth here! Nissi took my order and was an amazing individual who made me feel right at home. Glad I live in Harrisonburg VA, where we are known as the friendly city.

I come through a lot. My wife order my drink cause I was running late. Idk man it was just bad today. Just so off. Just a venti white mocha and it is not that. 3stars cause I get it, it’s Friday.
Quick and easy.

Come on people, let's face it, Starbucks is about over. Remember Chock Full O Nuts? Of course not, you're too young to remember this coffee shop/lunch counter chain that dominated in it's day. Starbucks, you're next to fall off the face of the earth.
Starbucks has been winding down for a while now and their drinks have gotten worse and worse over the years. Their bakery goods are Panera quality now, mass market garbage that all tastes like ashes and sugar. They make all their products with the cheapest ingredients now to maximize their profits because zombie customers continue to stumble into their cafes. Middle schoolers come in because it's slightly more sophisticated than buying Arizona Iced Tea. Once middle schoolers think something is worthwhile you know the end is near. Also popular with middle aged people, also the death of cool.
So stop going here, it's underwhelming and overpriced. Let it go so we can have something new and exciting again. Or just let society stagnate and rot. It's up to you.

I'm so tired of people who use "I'm not a morning person" to avoid saying -good morning-. If you don't like mornings and you are not a "morning person" then customer service and working with the public is not your thing, therefore you should look for another job. At this point just quit and let people enjoy the mornings...rude!
So, unclear why JMU has two Starbucks a block apart, but as a traveler passing through, I made my choice based off of local traffic off the exit more than anything else. And I feel I chose well (the other could be nice too, I will never know). I found the staff to be very nice, when my app wouldn't scan they even offered to comp my order. My drink and food, while somewhat formulaic as is the nature of Starbucks, were done 100% correct, I have certainly had some slapdash, poorly made orders in my travels.

It's definitely the best Starbucks I ever met. I travelled on Blue Ridge Parkway with friends this week. We decided to choose the gas station for replenishment next to this Starbucks. When I order my coffee the stuff realized today is my birthday. Almost all the staff sing Happy Birthday to me as well as the customers. I was deeply moved and touched. Thank you!
