I’ve been to many Starbucks locations, but the service I received from Laura truly stood out. She’s incredibly friendly, attentive, and clearly cares about making each customer’s experience a great one. My drink was perfect, and she made the whole visit feel warm and personal. You can tell she takes pride in her work—Starbucks is lucky to have her!
I gotta speak the truth here! Nissi took my order and was an amazing individual who made me feel right at home. Glad I live in Harrisonburg VA, where we are known as the friendly city.
