Maurice Pruneau the COO of the local market for Subway refused to give me the information for contact of anyone above him. I caught him in a lie and he hung up on me. He also told me that I could go to corporate in regards to an issue I have with a program they run locally but it doesn't matter because corporate didn't control it, yet he still didn't give me a number for corporate or the franchisee. They still represent the company.
