asked for light mustard n mayonnaise… opened up my sub to this… I can smell the mustard from the bag they put like extra on it or smth idk.. crazy. And it wasn’t toasted.. Thought i’d share :) if you choose this one you will b getting extra mustard and mayonnaise along with a soggy sub ??

I ordered DoorDash from this store and was disappointed and shocked at the severity of my order that was messed up. I ordered a BLT, chips, a cookie, and a drink. To start, they included no drink, or chips. The dasher also confirmed that there was no chips or drink left for him with my order. I asked for a BLT (bacon, lettuce, tomato), with banana peppers. I received, a sandwich with bacon, lettuce, and mayonnaise. I don’t even know what the worker at subway was even doing making my sandwich. I usually cut people a lot of slack, but with this it was purely careless and unnecessary.

I was standing in line waiting to order when I noticed a young guy wander out of the back after his coworker had to ask him to come out and help. Within 5 minutes, he was sliding his dirty a** cellphone along the white board that he was preparing food on and scrolling through messages WITH his gloves on as he was preparing sandwiches for another customer. He actually held this person's bread against his nasty phone in the same hand. When he handled his phone AGAIN with his gloves on and then proceeded to reach into the lettuce bin with those same nasty gloves, I left. 🤢
