Concern – in-store experience
I’m writing to share feedback about an experience I had at one of your subway locations earlier today at 12:56 PM Sunday, December 15. I came to purchase a sandwich, but unfortunately the interaction with employee assisting me was very unpleasant. The young lady who served me had a noticeably poor attitude and was unprofessional throughout the interaction as a customer I expect basic courtesy and respect and this experience was disappointing enough that I lost my appetite and chose not to continue my order. I’m sharing this not to cause trouble but to bring awareness so it can be addressed through coaching or additional training customer service plays a big role in the overall subway experience and I hope this feedback helps improve future interactions.

I ordered a 12 inch sub and two 20oz soda's for delivery. When the delivery arrived all three items we're in the same small paper bag. The sub wasn't even warm anymore from being in contact with two cold sodas, and it was mashed so severely that the ingredients of the sub were mostly on the outside of the bread. What I unwrapped was a cold mess. And of course there were no napkins. I don't expect employees to be rocket scientists but, it's only common sense not to put hot and cold items in the same bag.

The food was good, the vegetables were cut perfect for sandwiches… The two employees were friendly and prepared our orders as we requested.

I placed an online order to pick up. I walked in and my order was not on the shelf so I proceeded to wait. One of the employees handed me a random sub that I noticed was toasted and I did not order mine to be that way. When I brought it to the employees attention she was very rude and snapped at me showing me the receipt where it says toasted, this would've been fine, had that order been mine, but it was not. I told the employee that I did an online order but she said it must've not gone through, I tried to explain that I paid for it but she just walked away. On top of all of that, there was a group of other employees huddled behind the counter cursing and talking about two customers that had just walked out. I never got my order that I paid for and am just plain disappointed.

My friend and I had an amazing experience with Dyllon today at Subway! He did an excellent job at taking care of all the other customers before us in a timely manner! He was also very respectful! Good job Subway for acquiring such an excellent employee!
