Disgusting. My sandwich had a long piece of hair intertwined through it. I sent in a complaint and was just told “we are notifying our staff”. When I asked for a refund, since I was clearly unable to eat the sandwich, I was ignored. I have emailed 3 times now. Absolutely disgusting.

They don’t even know how to scoop the bread in the middle. I literally called them to request the hollow the bread in the middle and then they just keep repeating “Subway doesn't take that kind of request “. You can literally google it. And wrong bread not even toasted.

It was quiet until we showed up with about 22 wrestlers. The workers did an excellent job getting and managing all the orders and topping selections. We had a great experience at this subway location, as it isn't always easy feeding that many teenagers. Great job.

I have only ordered pick up here, so maybe it is different if you were to eat in. Both times I have ordered it has been cold, and wet/soggy. I even arrive before the pick up time that is stated. When I worked at a subway location, I would begin preparing the food only 5-10 (10 maximum) minutes before the guest was supposed to be there, otherwise they get gross, cold, sloppy sandwiches. Flavor is still there which earns it an extra star, but it is pretty gross to have to eat a cold floppy soggy sandwich.

Now have placed a pick up order twice from this place and both times have given the wrong meat on BOTH sandwiches. I’ve worked at subway and personally know how easy and simple it is to read the pick up order tickets, so I don’t understand the lack of competency this place has.

I’m giving this store a 5 star for all the great staff(except the manager). Especially shout out to Alex Feder.However, DO NOT WORK HERE. The manager is so rude, mean, disrespectful, liar, and manipulative in every way possible. I have not worked here but i know many people that have. She treats her staff so bad that so many people have quit because of her. She does not respect her workers and definitely doesn’t care about them at all. She’s super rude and mean to customers as well. Last time I went in there, she was giving me a nasty look and was not polite.
