We purchased 4 subs from the Virginia Ave store. My wife’s bread was so hard and tough she couldn’t eat it. I got a subway club and found a toothpick in the first half of the sandwich! We called the store and was informed there was nothing they could because I had already started eating the sandwich! How was I supposed to know there was a toothpick embedded in my sandwich BEFORE I started eating it? This is what happens when they have kids working who don’t care about the product OR the customer! Beware ordering from this store!!

I go here often bc I live nearby. Without fail, the wait is insanely long every time. If it’s just an online order or two or if there is one person ahead of you. Go ahead and prepare for at least a 15 min. wait minimum. Workers do not greet you or do anything that resembles normal customer service. Go to literally any other subway in hburg.

I have come here a few time and have left unsatisfied each time. The quality of the food and service was terrible. I am not one to complain but after placing an online order and picking up something that was not nearly what I ordered was an issue. I reached out and management was not willing to fix the issue except tell me that "they would work on training." Because they lack training it should not reflect on my service or what I receive. Maybe the store Manager could get some corporate training on how to handle situations and maybe be present if your staff is not "trained"

This restaurant had one person working. We waited second in line and left after 30 minutes, still not having been served. He continued to take online orders and let the growing line wait. Will never visit this restaurant

One of the workers working here didn’t talk to me at all during my order and then proceeded to put random stuff on my sandwich that I didn’t want. Just basically acted like he didn’t want to be there in general. Food is good. Service not so much.

Absolutely terrible service at this location! Ordered on app and still no food after waiting 90+ minutes. Employee was extremely rude and refused to complete my order! Will never use this location again.

This visit was good but the one before the service was not and the bread was hard and the veggies were almost gone or looked like they should have been. I guess they was getting ready to close it was 730 pm. This visit was fast and good service with fresh veggies and bread.
