My kids have been begging me to write review since I took them for the first time a couple weeks ago. I love the plain tart yogurt, one of my sons had the blue raspberry, and the other one had Oreo. I seem to remember there used to be more fruit toppings, now there's just candy and blueberries. Overall a delicious sweet treat.
updating my review a few years later, guys, why did you get rid of the original tart flavor? That was the only yogurt that I liked. I will never come here again until you get that flavor back. I don't care about any of the other flavors, only the original tart.

Ordered through Uber, both cups were barely filled which on its own would be annoying but I ordered pineapple and received vanilla. Just refund part of the order if you don’t have the item instead of sending a non comparable substitute.

We love sweet frog and last time we came to this location it was great. Unfortunately this time it was not worth the cost. I went for my favorite flavor, original, it was empty. My fiance went for his favorite, cotton candy, empty. Another set of flavors was down for maintenance. I went with some different flavors they came out very soft. The tables were dirty. The music was skipping which was very distracting. The toppings were good as always but $23 later I left very disappointed.

Extremely disappointing experience!!

The shop closes at 9 PM, but all chairs and tables were already put away. We weren’t allowed to sit, even with a baby. The employee spoke very quietly and explained we couldn't stay, but it felt unwelcoming. This was our second visit — the first time wasn’t great either.

The place was messy, napkins were out, and toppings were poorly maintained. After I mentioned leaving a negative review, the employee (still on her phone) casually replied, “That’s fine,” while checking me out. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Got here at 7:40 and they were closed despite hours online saying they are open until 9. Very disappointing for my family. Would like to see accurate hours online.

Would love to rate the food but as other reviews have stated the times online are incorrect. If you close earlier than the posted time, please post it somewhere so people know. There were multiple people arriving (8:20ish) when I did as well all disappointed it was closed earlier than any of us expected.

The young lady working the register was absolutely miserable honestly considered walking out but my daughter was looking forward to the treat.

Me and my family were looking forward to sweet frog and we got there at 8:45 and we saw on google it closed at 9. When we got there the store was locked and there was other families as well arriving and we were not let in. The worker was very lazily closing inside, mopping with one hand and vaping with the other. The manager needs to hear about this, I work minimum wage too and I understand wanting to leave but if you close at 845 instead of 9 put that online so my family and the other families who came don’t have to drive there just to be dissapointed. Also you should not be vaping where customers eat because of second hand smoke and this is definitley a violation.

I love coming to sweet frog and come often, but this visit we experienced a very rude employee who proceeded to act very hostile towards us and even talking “under her breath” about us. She also stayed on her phone when she wasn’t walking around giving us dirty looks. I understand if we had been rude to her, however she immediately started obviously showing us we weren’t welcome the second we walked through the door. As we were being ringed up by the other lady working she came up behind her shoulder and talked to us very in a very “matter of fact” and unkind tone while we’re trying to pay. The lady working the register with dark hair was very kind to us but as for the other girl, extremely rude and unprofessional.
