Usually a great Taco Bell but I got horrendous service tonight. I pull up to the drove thru around 11pm. There is Noone else around, in front or behind. Completely deserted restaurant. I pull up to the speaker and he asks me what I want. I say please give me a minute. He immediately says your taking up my time. I reply: holdup I don't know what I want yet. Give me like 30 seconds. There's Nobody behind me. He immediately replies: hurry up you're taking up my time. Receipt says Chris T was my cashier. Keep in mind he told me you're taking my time the first time less than 10 seconds after I pull up. Couldn't even read what was in each of thr luxe box tiers before his rude ass was rushing me when I was the only person there.

Went to this location today evening shift , had 3 separate orders was told at drive thru could not do 3 orders so I went inside, I placed all the orders at the same time I received 2 orders but waited on 3rd order for 35 minutes and then asked about it was told we are getting it ready repeatedly until I got to the point I asked for a refund!!! The young gentleman preparing the food was laughing and the manager was useless!!! When I finally got home the food I did receive was cold and mushy !!! I will be calling corporate office Monday morning asap !! To many taco bells in Harrisonburg to put up with childish behavior ! lost my business for life also the good reviews have to be from the children that work there because there is no way anyone could give this location a good review

This is the worst taco bell I've ever been to. I don't even normally write reviews but this was so bad I had to write something. I love taco bell but the burritos I had were so disgusting I couldn't finish them. They even accidentally gave us an extra burrito we didn't order and I didn't even want to eat it.

Last night my wife and I ordered a Mexican pizza and a five layer burrito. The burrito was about half full of what it normally is. The pizza was nasty. My wife's gotten sick from it. Somebody has to do something about the store retrain these kids keep them off. Their damn phones cuz I walked in there and what they're doing. They're just sitting on their phones playing. You know they should be cleaning up but we will never come back to this Taco Bell again. I want to talk to the general manager.

I like Taco Bell’s food but their customer service is a zero. I’ve been through the drive thru twice recently and the same guy was rude and very short. Neither time were they busy. So even though this Taco Bell is convenient to go to I will go across town to the other location.

The food is always messy here, it barely looks edible. This location reeks, the employees are clearly unhygienic..no hairnets, dirty gloves and not washing hands ever. Not to mention my last order took 20 minutes! That’s ridiculous. I won’t be returning ever! Don’t recommend, if I could give zero stars I would! Seriously how are they still in business?

It was absolutely horrible! Horrible service! Multiple items included that I didn’t order, had one crunchy taco that was a complete mess and I sent back and I was missing two crunchy tacos. I Had to call for help from the counter while employees were playing on their phones in the back and they wouldn’t come to the counter until I told them there was a mistake with my order )they thought I was a door dasher even though my kid was with me). When I got home, found out both Pepsis I ordered were diet! The quesadilla hadn’t been cut and it was freezing cold, the burritos were all smashed and scrunched up, and the crunchy taco shells tasted absolutely horrible They were so oily and nasty tasting that we threw away the whole order.
I’ve never had such a terrible experience where my order was absolutely butchered and the employees couldn’t be bothered.
I complained through the app, but it just gave me a bland response and $15 off my next order. I didn’t want a coupon, my order was over $30! I want my money back for that horrible nasty food that we ended up throwing away
