The chicken chilupa supreme, my favorite was very tasty, but the shell seemed to have a very hard outer. Edge to it the outside lip of the circle, I guess, but the chicken, lettuce, tomato, sour cream. All of that was fresh.

Normally, I find Taco Bell food reliable because I order simple things like Bean and cheese burrito and regular soft tacos. I went thru Drive Thru last time and when I got home, the entire meal was inedible. The problem was poor initial prep and poor crew. A typical problem in Harrisonburg fast food scene. I will avoid.

I don’t typically leave reviews after bad experiences, but this was actually disgusting. I had walked into this Taco Bell once a while back, and the place smelled foul. I don’t mean just a slight smell, the stench was extremely strong. I can’t really describe it, but it kind of smelled like stale air, sweat, and rotten vegetables. I ended up still ordering something (not my most intelligent decision) and it didn’t taste terrible, but the rice was kind of crunchy. This was a while back, and I hadn’t eaten here since Friday evening. A bunch of my friends are always going over there to eat, so I figured I’d give it one more chance, just in case they had improved since my last visit. The cashier at the window was very nice, but the food was disgusting. I ended up throwing most of it away, which was disappointing since it was a pricey meal. My fries were undercooked, not just cold, but really undercooked. When I opened my cheese sauce it had a gelatinous consistency and was literally sticking to the lid in a big clump. The other items I had were just kinda bland, and my spicy ranch had a funky aftertaste. I will say however they the people who were working the register on both occasions were very friendly and polite.

I waited about 45 minutes until I decided to go to the front to ask about my order- then a man saw me and helped me. He apologized for the wait and gave me a cup as an apology. I forgive him because he was very handsome, but checkout should be handled better!!!
I think the kiosks were broken. I hope they can fix it before I eventually come back next week 😣

Literally noone to take an order and there's issues with the kiosks where they aren't working. Guess the 5 management that are sitting in the corner for their meeting are beyond actually helping customers.
Food was ok but the girls working today 5/21/25 4 ish shift you ladies need to pay attention to your customers instead of worrying about about talking down on the earlier shifts workers mainly the drive thru lady

Worst experience ever from Emily supposedly the new manager, kept ignoring us but not the others because and people our same race and color and complains all the time but never helps make food and is just walking around talking. Employees are great tho props to cris and David amazing work and taco bell wouldn't still be there without them❤❤❤
