There was no salt and when we ask for some they told us we are out but no one bother to look. Also they spilled half the cinnamon twist order and when asked the girl said she didn't spill it but we saw her with our own eyes however she did go back and filled the little bag. Also no one to take order but we're in back on phones had to let them know we were waiting

I'm not sure the people at this place could get a complete order right if their lives depended on it! The last 3 times I've tried to eat here, the food has been a mess. It's lukewarm at best with everything crammed into one bag like they're conserving paper or something. The chips are always spilled and crushed underneath everything else. If that's not bad enough, they don't give you everything you pay for. There's always something missing. It's a disaster. We're only ordering for 4 people. It shouldn't be that difficult.

Ordered drive through , got home to find a hair in it . Was asked to bring back the food with the hair in it . So we did 3 people came and examined all the food and were extremely rude saying that it wasn’t there hair.

My entire order was wrong, I work by here so it’s easier to come to this establishment. However it’s the same excuse every time “short staffed” I spent $20 on an order I didn’t even eat cause it’s made incorrectly, food was cold, my Gordita crunch had no cheese on the outer layer as pictured. Whenever I reach out to the app there’s no response this is totally unacceptable and the restaurant used to be good not sure what happened but management is failing terribly

Hate to do this but it’s a must after the latest issue. Been here a few times since I moved back, most times were ok. Once they forgot an item but it happens. Well today I stopped at 11am on a rainy Tuesday, not exactly a busy time. I was only one in drive thru. Ordered a $7 Luxe box and 2 burritos. After paying and waiting 5 minutes, someone hurried to the window and gave me some food. At this point a car was behind me. I saw I had a box and bag of food. Inside the box was nothing that comes in the $7 box. What was inside was a burrito I couldn’t eat, literally the tortilla crunched when I bit it, that’s how hard it was, a hard taco and a chicken something. Nothing of which I ordered or come in the box I paid for. The other 2 burritos were hard also. Threw them out. Also didn’t get any hot sauce I asked for. I was also asked if I had already paid by 2 people. Hey on a positive note I did get a Mountain Dew. I think I will probably start driving a little further if I crave Taco Bell.

Where is the breakfast ?!
Night shift is awful. After this second time I will never get taco bell anywhere again. I posted the pics of my food that I paid 10 bucks for and let you guys decide if this compares to what chipotle offers or moe’s for the same price. Cantina bowl with extra chicken, (second experience). food is cold.
They talked in a really rude way to me the first time but I let it slide bc it’s night shift. The portion was so small even though I ordered extra chicken.
Second time same thing happened. It was also 11pm ish. they were not only still rude, gave me small portion, but this time didn’t even give me utensil or even napkin. I planned to eat this outside while meeting someone. Had to just let it sit and wait for me to get home. I tried to walk around to get utensils but they immediately said no to me and told me to wait behind 5-6 cars that were there.
Please find a new job if you are that miserable.

Better off dumpster diving, you'll find the company is more polite as well. Would give negative stars if I could. Food is always wrong or cold, employees are unhelpful, and management is rude and lazy. Save your money.
Store isn’t suppose to close until 1 am, I just went thru the drive thru at 12:05am and the lady told me they aren’t taking anymore orders… ridiculous. This is usually the best taco bell in town but very disappointed in the service tonight

Second time in a row off doordash that my food was made incorrectly. Imagine being so incompetent you cant even make a burrito or 2 correctly. You all are lucky I drank because I would drive in over there and throw these 2 burritos right in yours cook(s) face

Got two combos for my fiancé and I. He was missing a Chalupa from his box. Service time was slow despite the fact it was just us in the drive-thru and all the food had barely anything in it. 1/5 stars

Every time I order online, a $5.99 box. I receive it in a bag instead of a box.
Why not serve it like You are Supposed To and Why don't You serve a Fork to eat my Potatoes with ... it burns me up every time. Really, it's UNFAIR!! I shouldn't have to Drive Back to Your Store half Across town because Your Brains don't Consider about Your Customers Eating Potatoes with Their Fingers. You Failed Your Review again. This is the 3rd Time its happened!!!
