On Saturday June 14 th 2025 , in Richmond Virginia,
my entire family came in to eat after our grandsons graduation ceremony. These ladies were so fun and there was 20 of us. We got water within minutes and our food was made and everyone was fed within 5-7 minutes Everything was hot ,good food and felt like home. We were having fun and loved both ladies in there they were funny friendly,helpful and professional. We will definitely go back again. They made us all feel like we were their family Our whole group is going to send 5 Stars! Thank you ladies for a great experience at Texas Inn!

The owner legitimately made a post asking someone to call a Dr to verify a worker's doctor's note. Not only is this unprofessional as hell, it's a blatant HIPAA violation. Don't support them.

I went here this morning thinking I was going to get a really tasty hot dog I was wrong and what I can't understand why do you have two different hot dogs if you believe in your hot dogs that should be the only option why would you carry Nathan's Hot Dogs makes no sense to me I went with the Nathan's Hot Dogs that didn't even taste like Nathan's Hot Dogs won't be coming back here I'll stay with Ben's Chili Bowl in Washington DC odd how is it odd to eat what every I want to eat 🤔 last time I checked this was my stomach not yours so I'm very confused on how you going to tell me what to eat like I said the food was too salty the chili was not good at all that's the first thing I look at is the chili if the chili is not good then I don't expect the hot dog to be any good but like I said I'll stick with Ben's Chili Bowl and they don't have Nathan's Hot Dogs or any other hot dogs they have their hot dogs cuz they have confidence in their food same way you should be don't matter what time of the day I try your food it's not like it's going to change or get any better I don't even think I want to try it again it just threw me way off so you can't get upset about what time of the day I want to try your food the french fries were not that great either I think I'm going to try out Sam's hot dog stand not too far away from you I'll come back and let you know what they taste like I don't care how many hotdogs you sold everybody's taste buds are different and I didn't like it I had better hot dogs at a gas station in Fredericksburg Virginia called world's best hot dogs on Lafayette Boulevard I eat those in the morning and I don't have a bad experience with them very enjoyable I'm not the only one that's saying it there's other reviews on here that says the food tastes nasty It's like prison food, everything single item I ordered looks and tastes like pre-made from yesterday. My Doordash delivery is super fast, but the burgers and hotdogs are as cold as room-temprsture. Even though the price is quite affordable, the food is still not worth it. Also, my fires are missing, they forgot to give me my fries. Please don't order from this restaurant. This is another review I seen on your page

It's not Jess' that's for sure. How crazy is $4 for a hot dog? $4 for one hot dog. A regular, small hot dog. It's good but $4 for a hot dog. That means if you're hungry and you want 3 hot dogs, fries and a drink, you're looking at $20.50. Crazy. Fries are okay, corn dog is okay (it's also a crazy $4). Chili has very little flavor, it's horrible, don't order. But the real takeaway here is the crazy price of $4 for a hot dog. Did I mention crazy? The people are real nice though. They probably feel really bad when they hand you the bill for $8 for 2 small hot dogs. I'm giving it 3 stars, it deserves 2 but I don't like to hurt folks ratings.
Excellent food, the pricing is reasonable, and the staff are always a blast. If you go in and Marla is working, just know you're getting taken care of.

I visited the Harrisonburg location and was extremely disappointed. The store was disgustingly nasty. The food was cold and tasted terrible. Marla served me and was rude and shouldn’t be someone working in a place where customer service should be a priority. This place used to be one of the best places to eat. Sad to say I will never be back.
