Three strikes and you’re out! Ate there three times and it kept getting worse and worse. Service was terrible with the combination of lost food order and three hour wait after finally getting a table. But the didn’t stop there. They really knocked it out the park and straight to the hospital with the completely raw burger and dried up 30year old bacon. Raw and not Rare not medium rare I’m talking raw!!!

The food was good hot and cooked like it was requested waitress was good and all staff very friendly.but one thing the glasses did not feel clean felt like it had some kind of grit on the out side waitress said they had brout to the attention but was ignored if that was true don't know I think they need to put in sink and wash by hand. I think I will request a to go cup if this happens again.maybe they need to have the dish washer checked
Food was alright at best. I’ve never been to a Texas Roadhouse before but this was genuinely the most disgusting I’ve ever eaten at. Floor was disgusting, and the dishes in which our food was delivered were caked with unwashed food. I got the herb crusted chicken, which came with two sides, one which I chose to be chili. It came out in some horrendous looking cup with crap all over it. It was also luke warm and covered in a bunch of cold cheese. Objectively speaking the food was not terrible, but the cleanliness and overall atmospheric quality were beyond questionable.
Knowing it was New Years Day and they opened later we didn't expect this.. We were told it would be a 45-50 minute wait and we decided to stay since we drove the same distance to get there.. Once in the waiting room we watched several groups of 4+ go before us after watching multiple groups leave that would free up space for 2 people.. We watched the only group in line before us leave 20 minutes beforehand to get seated and groups after us get called ahead of us.. Not sure if these were due to reservations but to just have people waiting for an hour with no explanation is ridiculous.. I had loved this spot the first couple times I've been there but now I can't wait for the Waynesboro one to open.. Atleast then I could be upset and still be close to home
This Texas Roadhouse location has been our go-to for many special occasions in the past 5 years. We've always received great food and service. I highly recommend getting on the waiting list as early as possible, especially if your party includes more than 6.

Went in physically to place an order shortly after 3 since the phones were still shut off. Employee took my order and informed me I could pick up at 6. Returned to pick up my order at 6 and it wasn't ready. The order in the system had been "closed" for some reason, and had to wait 30 minutes for them to fill it. Absolutely awful service for ordering ahead.

Good food at a reasonable price. Without my wife’s wine, our bill would have been around $40. The one drawback is the noise, constant loud music and bad acoustics, crowd noise.

Service is annoying. The waiters are lack of training. They are rude and do not know how to put plates on the table(they just drop it, not put it)
All the food was very salty( and I love salt. But even for me it was too much.) The lemonade was too sweet.
The place is very crouded.
I do not recommend.

Food was alright but service was awful. Our server, not sure her name, never got our appetizer out to us so by the time our salads were out we didn’t even want it. She showed her face all of two times and never even checked after we got our food.

Long line around dinner time so arrive earlier than you plan to eat. Worth the wait.
