Ham was the only good thing!! Sides sucked!! We got 2 Double Mac N Cheese & 1 Smashed Potatoes!! I didn't get the Ham (weight) i was promised!! Otherwise it's Good!!

Nice lunch experience here. The food was delicious, service was good. I went there with both of my parents with walkers, they have easy accessibility. Plenty of parking, clean restrooms.

I visited the Harrisonburg location and was served by the general manager Renea. She was very pleasant and professional. I ordered the pulled pork Cuban slider pack for lunch and it was delicious. The food was hot and fresh. The store was also very clean. I will most definitely be visiting this location again. Thank you Renea for such great service.

Was looking for a reasonable -- i.e., justifiable within my means for 2 people -- way to put Honeybaked Ham on my holiday table. Although unadvertised online (that I could find), the company sells 1 lb packs of their sliced meats -- ham, roast turkey, smoked turkey. I bought a pack of ham...and a pack of roast turkey. The packs aren't particularly cheap ($15/lb), but they are oh-so yummy. This was the perfect solution for my holiday table. The friend I was with decided to buy a pack of each, too. She was a first-time customer, and was won over, too.If I recall, the number of tables in the shop is small, maybe 4-8. One was occupied. The place isn't where I'd choose to have a ham or turkey meal of that quality. Though clean and bright, it has a bare-bones, overlit, industrial feel to it. Maybe I would have felt differently if more tables had been occupied. In any case, the does business not appear to be focused on dine-in service. Rather, it seems to prioritize catering and take-out of higher-priced full-meal combinations for groups ranging from as few as 8 people up to convention-sized crowds.So, for my small table for 2 over the holidays, the 1lb packs were the perfect solution, providing even for leftovers! I would definitely do again. Worth the splurge!
